Es un alojamiento pensado para personas de paso, sea por trabajo, por estar en camino a otro destino, por concurrir a turnos médicos, para grupos afines y principalmente para viajeros que priorizan el buen descanso.

The house is built below our home. It is a single environment divided with a piece of furniture that offers closets. On one side is the kitchen dining room space and on the other is the room with double bed. It has a covered gallery that overlooks the park with an Australian tank that we use for watering and water reserve. The property is non-invasively lit. We are located 500 meters from the small shopping center and 120 meters from Route No. 16 towards Lake Puelo.

Casa ubicada en segundo piso. Estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad, patio compartido, parrilla para dos personas, wifi, TV, sillón, lavarropas, horno, heladera con freezer, cafetera de cápsulas, baño con lavamanos, ducha y bidé. A dos cuadras: supermercado, farmacia, carnicerías, kioscos y gomeria. A 5 minutos de la playa en vehículo y a 20 minutos caminando. Barrio tranquilo. El hogar es pequeño, tranquilo, silencioso y muy cómodo.

Jardin del Mar

Jardín del Mar es una casa con un hermoso jardín al reparo del viento del mar. En los meses verano se habilita la pileta (en caso de utilizarse tiene un pequeño costo adicional diario por mantenimiento y climatización). La planta baja es un ambiente integrado: cocina bien equipada y parrilla interior, comedor y living. Hay también un baño completo En la planta alta se encuentran las habitaciones y otro baño con bañera y ducha.
