the place was super clean and cozy just like the photos. everything was well prepared when we arrived and the space felt really comfortable to stay in. the location was convenient too, close to food spots and easy to find. the best part was the host. Nur Farhana was responsive and friendly teroks! she replied super fast and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. def recommend this place if you want a chill, hassle free stay.

Bersih, selesa dan kemas. Wifi & Netflix disediakan so boleh la movie time hehe. Internet connection kadang-kadang slow skit. View tower ok juga boleh tengok suasana pahang. Nak gi kedai makan, kedai runcit, dan tempat2 best pun dekat je dari sini. Overall memang best & puas hati.

The place is lovely! We couldn't have asked for more. The rooms are big and comfy, the WiFi was great, tv has Netflix for the kids and you're just a few steps away from the beach. Azira was also an excellent host. If I was being super critical, the only thing I would complain about is the squeeky toilet door in the master bedroom (which just needs a bit of oil on the hinges). Apart from this, will definitely come back here again. It's a great home!

I loved staying here! The location is excellent — close to great eateries and very convenient. The host was friendly and provided clear, helpful information throughout. The two-bedroom home was super comfortable, with strong water pressure and all the essentials. Everything was smooth, beautiful, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

This place located at the ground floor and literally facing the pool. Its really convenience as pool just few steps away and beach is nearby. Dont need to use lift at all and it makes life easier when u coming with kids. This place is also clean and tidy. Will definitely book this place again.

Very regular to Timurbay for family holiday. But this property deserved our best attention so far. The owner is friendly, the unit is very clean, kitchen complete with equipments to cook, hot & cold water, microvave oven, clean utensils, dining table etc. Living room comes with TV & Netflix plus conformtable sofas. The shower are good and the bed are nice too. It was overall a great place to stay in. Congrate to the owner, Ms Nor Sarah. We definitely will come back here again! Thank you.

Stay at this place was absolutely fantastic. The house was impeccably clean and spacious, and the beds were incredible comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the balcony provided a great place to relax. Got a personal car parking space. The owner was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Nice clean place.. my kids love it! nice location overlooking the sea! Point to improve: Need to get a broadband if possible and fix hot water. It is very important for family with small babies to make milk with hot water readily available.

The unit is facing sea-view. Host very responsive. Stable internet connection and we enjoy the Android Tv box. Facilities is awesome. Swimming pool fantastic - guest can swim till 10pm!

Thanks Alvin for hosting my family. Alvin is very helpful and responsive host. The view from balcony is magnificent! Really value for money u pay. Parking is very easy access and it is located at Level 1. I really love the beach. Definitely will come back here. Tv channel selections are quite limited but it is not a big problem because sometimes we need to get off from tv and get in touch with nature.
