Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy. Our standards are high when we travel, so we created a suite that we'd love to stay in ourselves: stocked with goodies, things to do, recommendations, privacy, comfort & above all - cleanliness. Moreover, the fully stocked kitchen includes pantry and spice items for guests should they cook.

The Convention Center is also nearby if you are attending a special event or conference. Ocean beach and Mission beach is a quick 12 min drive. Welcome to our home! You will have a private dedicated space as the property is a duplex. We are 10-15 min from all the attractions of San Diego, and walking distance from 3rd Ave. which is a local hangout with restaurants and breweries among other things. We are happy to meet and offer recommendations, or you can check yourselves in and out on your own. We are committed to being great hosts, and ambassadors for short term rentals. Our neighborhood is peaceful and safe.

This 1927 historically designated home with ties to old Hollywood is located in the charming and classical area known as Kensington. This beautiful 2 Bedroom 1 bath (upstairs) ensuite unit along with the downstairs family room is 1/2 of a private historic home in which the host resides. Your unit is secured with a locked door for your privacy. We are a short drive to major attractions in the San Diego area and public transportation is quick easy walk from our home.

In an urban setting, this space is a private, clean and cozy bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with nice morning light, a separate entrance and self check in. This is a perfect place for privacy while having easy access to downtown San Diego, the Convention Center, Coronado, Point Loma, La Jolla, Hillcrest, North and South Park using major highways. A few of the local urban eateries are Kingfisher, Humberto's, 55 Thai and Juan Jasper Kitchen & Wine.

Private Casita in Great Eastlake Neighborhood

This room is a "casita" (seperate living space) away from the house. It has a private entrance with a cypher lock on the door. The room has new carpet, new tile, and queen size bed. The Eastlake neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. We are located about 20 mins from the beach, downtown San Diego, and San Diego international airport. This location is only 2 miles from the Otay Ranch Mall.

Urban Canyon Getaway

Canyon living in the heart of “SoNo” (on the border of North Park and South Park). Situated on a quiet dead-end street with canyon views, but less than one mile to South Park center, two miles to North Park center, and three miles to Balboa Park and the zoo. The apartment, completed in 2017, was custom built on the bottom part of our home and is completely private with a separate entryway.
