Sheep Camp Cabin

Our cabins are off grid, located one mile east of El Morro National Monument, on highway 53 along the beautiful and historic Ancient Way Trail. This pet friendly, fenced cabin has two twin beds, a covered porch, large enough to set up a small tent for extra guests, propane grill and utensils, ice chest, plates and silverware. We have a water catchment system for washing. Drinking water provided. A private outdoor solar shower and portable toilet for your own use, are steps away from the cabin.

From here, guests can enjoy the beautiful area, waterfalls, lakes, ancient ruins, ice caves and mesas. Just a short drive will bring you to El Morro and/or El Malpais National Monuments, and other spots, like the Zuni Pueblo and the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary.

Just 1 mile east of El Morro National Monument, and 14 miles west of El Malpais National Monument, this cozy little cabin is in the perfect location for the area's many scenic and cultural opportunities. The unit has a private, fenced yard and gated entry. It features a small kitchenette, roku TV, and a half-bath. Shower facilities are available in the campground.

There is a large desk/ eating area in the studio. A rollaway may be available if needed. A large driveway to park that has plenty of room for a large vehicle or even a trailer.
