Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Cimenyan

Kami menginap di unit ini awalnya 1bulan penuh, kemudian kami lanjtkan 1bulan lagi, total 2 bulan kami di unit ini. Sangat bagus tempatnya, murah, strategis, dan kami diberi harga special krn sekian lama tsb. Bpk Sandria dan Ibu Dora yg menyambut kami sangat familiar baik sekali. Kami dipinjamkan Rice Cooker jg. Utk parkiran mobil ada diskon special. Jika ke bandng lagi kami pastikan akan ke unit ini. Thanks pak Sandria dan Ibu Dora. SEHAT DAN SUKSES SELALU.

Had a great stay! The place was super cozy, clean, and exactly like the pictures. The host was awesome, really helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend this spot – I’ll be back for sure!

wir waren einen Monat bei Abram in der Wohnung und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt, was auch bitter nötig war nach unserer bisherigen 8 monatigen Reise. Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum um Mal alles auszupacken, die Küche ist soweit eingerichtet, dass man selber kochen kann, eine Couch um vor dem Fernseher zu gammeln und es gibt ein super gemütliches Schlafzimmer und ein "Kinderzimmer" mit Hochbett. Beide Räume haben ihren eigenen Schreibtisch, so dass man auch zu zweit arbeiten kann, ohne sich zu nerven. Die Dusche ist sehr angenehm und heiß (wenn gewünscht). Das WiFi war sehr gut und hatte nur gelegentlich Aussetzer, kostet aber extra. genau wie das Gym, das zudem ungewöhnliche Öffnungszeiten hatte. Der Pool ist dagegen umsonst und okay zum Bahnen schwimmen. Vom Balkon hat man theoretisch einen tollen Blick über Chimai und auf die Berge/Vulkane, nur leider war es meist nebelig, bzw Smog. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung auch für längere Aufenthalte. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Lautstärke

The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway—quiet, serene, and surrounded by nature. The location is very nice, you can walk to go to Braga. The facilities in the unit are very complete! The unit also bright and clean. Edwin had printed a clear and complete instructions and recommendations for the visitors. It would be very helpful for tourists!

Thank you Mr Andrew and his staff at the Airbnb. We had a wonderful experience staying here. We had relatives that are 80 yrs old + but the ease of getting around in this Airbnb was tremendously helpful for us. Mr Andrew and his team were very accommodating and let us checked in a bit earlier so the elders can rest and enjoy chatting in this beautiful house. We couldn’t ask anything better than this and the property itself exceeds the photos on Airbnb. There’s restaurant and a shopping mall less than 10mins of walk and yet the neighborhood is quiet. It even has a basketball hoop which I was glad to throw a few. The butler at the Airbnb was polite and friendly. There’s no negative experience whatsoever during our 3 nights stay here and we would recommend to any family who travels with 8-10 pax.

masya allah, villanya sangat luar biasa terjaga, bersih, lengkap, saya dan keluarga betul merasa nyaman dan betah. cocok buat yg ga suka dikeramaian dan hiruk pikuk perkotaan.. suara jangkrik dan tongeretnya bikin candu banget 😍

We had a great little family getaway here and our dog loved it too. The house and location matched the description, very lush, green, and peaceful. It was convenient to reach cafes and downtown was not too far. The only downside was the lack of a bathroom downstairs but overall it was a lovely stay.

The aesthetic is exactly like the photos: clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches in every corner. You can tell the host really pays attention to the details. The location is also perfect for a relaxing in Bandung City getaway, tucked in a quiet area. I especially loved the big window garden view in the morning and how spacious and bright the room feels. Check-in was smooth, the host was responsive and helpful, and the whole experience just felt effortless. Highly recommend booking early, this place is popular for a reason 😄

Tempatnya bagus dan nyaman. Kawasannya luas dengan beberapa fasilitas seperti kolam renang dan ada resto nya, jadi gak perlu khawatir klo soal makanan dan minuman bisa pesan. Fasilitas oke ada wifi nya jika sinyal seluler susah karena di ketinggian Bandung. Sangat cocok jika mencari suasana dengan view Bandung yang bagus dan udara sejuk. Petugas villanya yaitu Pak Billy juga sangat ramah dan helpful.

It's a beautiful & cozy house, which feels like home. The location is good, near many restaurants & cafes. The host was very responsive & mbak Nas was really nice.

I spent a few months in this property with dependable utilities and great comfort. Additional internet connection was provided with reasonable cost and it was superb for work, course, and entertainment. Beyond the unit, the whole apartment should get thumbs up. Its facilities were remarkable while the supporting staffs left memorable services.

We stayed at Mr. Prasha’s place—it was pretty spacious for a family of four, clean, and felt just like home. The location is in Simpang Dago, super convenient and close to everything. He also replies quickly to messages. Thanks a lot, Mr. Prasha!

the surroundings of the apartment wasn't my cup of tea, although there's a lot of convenience store but the kaki lima near the apart location was bad, but it's 6km from dago, so it's quite accessible to go from one place to another the elevator was taking a long time to operate, also the parking permit was quite confusing the unit itself was quite enough for me, very similar to the pictures, friendly host, no complain at all, other than the environment of the apart and the building itself, but there's no towells, so u have to request in advance so they could prepare it for u thanks a lot!

Everything was great, overall. The apartment’s facilities were top-notch—there’s a big heated pool, a well-equipped gym, and parking was easy to find. The lobby layout was a bit confusing, but nothing too serious. There’s even an Alfa Express conveniently located inside the apartment. The unit itself was very clean and well-equipped, which made the stay even more comfortable. However, we had to wait around 20 minutes to check in and 35 minutes to check out, even though we had already agreed on the check-in and check-out times in advance. We received a guidebook for the apartment and the unit, and most of the information was helpful. But the communication around the technical details for check-in and check-out really need improvement. All in all, it was a good stay. I’d be happy to come back one day—hopefully with smoother communication and service next time. Thank you! 🙏🏻
