Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in City of Cockburn

I had a great stay because it met all my expectations. I wanted somewhere in an easy to access central and quiet location - with a view, close to amenities like a supermarket and that was easy to access with free parking and a well equipped kitchenette. This third floor apartment ticked all the boxes. It had lift and stair access and was clean and had a comfortable bed and lounge. I just wanted to relax and be able to cook my own meals. The little extras provided by Carmela and Martin, like salt, pepper, tea, sugar, coffee, milk, cooking oil and some herbs and spices was a great bonus. As I'm planning another trip to Fremantle, I'll definitely be looking to see if this apartment is available again.

Maria's place was a delight. It is a beautiful lofted space with exquisite plants and furnishings, set in the center of Freo. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience.

Vicky’s place was the perfect base for everything we wanted to do in Fremantle. The place is cosy and comfortable. Great restaurants and shops are just around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay a d felt lucky to find this gem!

Great spot close to amenities and quick drive to fremantle and perth. Quiet and peaceful street. The tricky turn for parking is my only complaint but that probably says more about my driving than anything else. We really enjoyed our stay

The place just feels like home, fully equipped kitchen and really what as described on the descriptions! The view of the harbour/port from the unit... just lovely! Fernanda was a fantastic host! We were here for nearly 2 weeks and the place has everything you need. Opposite the train station and local amenities are good. The private car park a bonus . Environment is good with no noisy neighbours. Peter is responsive and communicates well. We will revisit definitely.

The house is just a 10–15 minute drive from Perth city, located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It’s very comfortable, easy to find, and perfect for kids. I especially loved the clean and well-maintained bathroom facilities. Overall, it was a great stay for our family (2 adults and 2 kids).

The property is huge and perfect for family retreat. The location might be a bit off from key attractions but its proximity to Fremantle/Mandurah/Rockingham simply excellent for those likes beaches and outdoor activities.

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10 recommend staying at this air bnb. Ashley was very transparent and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process of booking and staying at the home. A quiet street, close to the centre of town. The home is in a great location, either walk or a short drive to be in the heart of it all. We had a 2 year old with us and the home was baby/toddler friendly with a cot assembled on arrival and also a high chair for us to use. Thank you Ashley for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Absolutely incredible experience dealing with David and Tammy. The house is exactly like the pictures, beautiful, filled with art, immaculate. The area is unique and the community is ideal. Note: As described, there are stairs from the bedroom to the washroom. Perfect experience and highly recommended

Perfect location for our stay. Even though it is close to main roads, once inside the house you cannot hear any road noise. Wonderful nights rest, everything you need for a stay and immaculately clean. Already looking to book it for next year.

This is the cleanest Airbnb that I stayed while in Perth. There are plenty of toys for children to be entertained. The heaters are warm and we like the outdoor patio area. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathtub was huge in the master bedroom. There are clear instructions on how to use the washing machine.

Thank you Sam, your BnB was just what we were after on this trip. Close and convenient to the places we need to attend. Your kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and everything we possibly would need. It was very private, safe, secure and loved the no key access. South St traffic can get noisy but we could block that out. Would recommend and if we need to come back to the city I would stay here again. Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

A wonderful place to stay. Very cute, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and walkable to the train. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking this unit again next year when we visit Perth. The host were amazing.

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!
