Kaktu Guest Home (with own little yard)

Nice, calm 3 rooms flat with its own entrance and little garden. In 7 min. you can walk to the sea or reach the city center of old Liepāja. We have 2 separate bedrooms: Room 1: Bed 140x200cm Room 2: Bed 160x200cm - it can be devided in two separate beds. The Livingroom with good equipped kitchen has about 27m2. Here's another possibility to sleep on bed sofa. Bathroom with big rainshower, washing machine (incl. dryfunction) and dishwasher. Free public parking. Enjoy it ;-)

The apartment is located in a separate building with a separate entrance and a terrace available only for this apartment! Quiet, closed yard! Comfortable for families with children or 2 couples. Located in the basement WITHOUT WINDOWS. (apartamenta lokācija pagrabstāvā BEZ LOGIEM) Inside Fontaine Mansion a 400 year old ware house right on the Canal. Own little patio on he street side. Ancient stone walls and old time feeling. The street is quit and its a big spot for the price Owner is Rockstar Louie Fontaine , house also has a recording studio.
