Very comfortable and quiet apt. There is a house cat in the building in case you have allergies. Very safe and secure bldg. Lovely streets for walking and close to lake and downtown with many restaurants, entertainment venues and art gallery. Within walking distance of Island Park with Splash Island in the summer, and Stride Place with gym and pool. It also hosts an 18 hole golf course. Suitable for an enjoyable weekend getaway. This house is located in the southwest area of Portage la Prairie, right beside the high school, walking distance to Stride Place, and half a block away from the walking path along Crescent Lake. The main floor suite has two bedrooms, large kitchen and eat in dining room, large living room, and bathroom. Shared space is the backyard as we have a basement suite as well.
