Our apartment is located in the Budapest Broadway, at the border of the 6th and the 5th district.The building was built in 1903 according to the plans of Alfred Wellisch and it is in nice condition now. The elevator takes you up to the top floor (3rd floor), where you see wide original cement tiles on the corridor floor. In the corner on the left-hand-side you will find the front door of the apartment. Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the spacious entry hall. Immediately on the right you find the bathroom no.1, following that comes the laundry then the on left side is the bedroom no.2. If you go straight, you arrive to the huge living room. After entering the living room you can find bedroom no. 1 on the right side. You will locate a "secret" door in there (on the right side). Behind it there is a walk-in warderobe and crossing it you arrive to the bathroom no.2. The apartment has very high quality in every details. We have many designer pieces.:-) Equipment: Wifi, Samsung Smart UHD"46"tv with keyboard, Satellite channels, Washing machine, Iron, Drying rack. Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with milk foamer, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Sat TV, High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber, skype, messenger, whatsapp. The apartment is around the corner from the grand boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars. The elevator in the building is only to be used to go up, after arriving, it has to be sent back to the ground floor.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building (no elevator) and it is newly renovated to provide the comfort of a modern home. We believe the apartment is well equipped to provide a comfortable stay. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM well equipped with with ceramic glass cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, Illy coffee machine (with free 100% arabica coffee), tableware, professional knives, dishwasher liquid, kitchen textiles and dinner table for 2. BEDROOM with a large double bed (160 cm). The windows can be completely darkened, bed sheets, linens and pillows provided. 2 armchairs, commode, desk. BATHROOM with a comfortable shower. Towels, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, hairdryer provided. The apartment is on a quiet street, yet is only a 5-minute walk to a bustling area. Easily walk to many sights such as the Jewish Quarter, Basilica, Danube, and Castle Hill. Public transport is at the corner. GETTING AROUND As the apartment is just right in the center, you can reach almost all sights by walk. Public transport - subway, buses and trams, all a few steps away- puts the entire city within easy reach. Just 3 minutes by walk there is a stop of trams Nr. 4 and 6, running 0-24 across the city and connecting Buda with Pest. Closest metro stations on Blaha square (M2 Line) takes only 3 minutes to reach. We are 10 minutes from Nyugati railway station by tram and even closer to Keleti railway station from where you can easily walk. 24/7 secure parking available a few minutes walk from the building. Please note that we will charge 10 EUR extra fee cash for late check in after 7pm and 20 EUR after 11pm.
