The house offers all the comforts of technology(Wi-fi, cable TV), relaxation with a solarium/terrace overlooking the Aqua and Fuego volcanoes, often active, practical with bedrooms with its own large bathroom,kitchen,dining room, living room, courtesy and security bathroom with a covered parking inside the house and with an external video surveillance system.

The house is located in the heart of historic downtown Antigua Guatemala, in a place that was once an old Mesón de Oriente, a public lodging that housed travelers and their horses and carriages. The house is built between the thick stone, brick, and adobe walls of the old inn, and during its recent restoration, old bricks, stone lintels, and hundreds of horseshoes found in the rubble were used, giving it a historic and authentic touch.
