Watermark Lake House is a custom-built and professionally decorated lakefront home, situated on the eastern end of Norris Lake. The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

There is a Queen size bed in the great room that would be perfect for extra guest. This part of our home is separated from our own personal living space by a sliding barn door that will be latched for your privacy. Although we will be in the main part of the home we want you to enjoy your time and enjoy Norris Lake.

With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. Welcome to our little piece of heaven on beautiful Norris Lake. Lakefront access. Private dock. Wooded setting. 15 minutes to the city of New Tazewell. 45 minutes to Knoxville, TN. You’ll enjoy the serenity and beautiful views, maybe even a few deer eating in the front yard. There are no steps into the back entrance of the house making it easy for people in a wheelchair to enter the house. I do need to mention there is no grab bar in the bathroom.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars and overlooking the Clinch River. You will be in awe by the breathtaking view of the mountains. Awaken in the early morning clouds of the mountains. Just a little over an hour away from the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. ** I am trying to stay open during the winter months for the first time. The weather over 32 degrees. I will need 24 to 48 hours notice to get things ready**
