Comfortable and spacious apartment. Had everything I needed and host was very helpful and responsive.

We had a great stay. Barbara was very nice and gave clear instructions. We will be staying here again if we come back to this area.

This is a gem, especially at its current price point. Apartment is right in the heart of downtown, one block from 4th Street Live, a short drive from NuLu and the Bardstown Rd area. Louisville has really invested in revitalizing these areas with a ton of eclectic restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. The Apartment provides all new appliances, w/d, great balcony views, and security, with fob only access to the building and parking garage. There is a large private pool w/sun bathing area, hot tub and grill area for socializing. I was pleasantly surprised at check-in and thrilled by check-out with my decision to book with Devin and NaKayla! Whenever I come back to Louisville, I'm gonna look to book with them and would advise the same IF a one bedroom accommodates your needs. 5 STARS 🌟

Barquett was very communicative and helpful throughout the entirety of my trip. The apartment was neat and comfortable, great size for one person or a couple. Fitness center access was a plus. If you’re looking to walk to central downtown area (Old Forester distillery, Repeal steakhouse, etc) it’s about 10-15 minutes walking. Overall, good location for the price.

Great location for what we needed. Attended a conference and this location is directly across the street and had easy access for what we needed. Great Spaghetti restaurant and pizzeria right outside. Few block walk to the downtown distilleries if that's what you are attending downtown for. Highly recommend and would book again if needed.

We were in town for a tournament at KICC. The location was great… less than a mile to there, 4th Street Live, Main Street, etc. less expensive and bigger than a hotel room. The place was clean and large enough for 4 people. The kitchen is a bit sparse (didn’t see a cutting board, only one ice tray, etc), but we didn’t plan to cook there anyway. I’d recommend requesting an additional key fob. It’s needed every time you enter the building and use the elevator. I didn’t realize this ahead of time so we had to plan to meet if we went different directions. There are several parking options with varying hours/fees. The least expensive we found was around the west of the building for $6/day. We paid $22/day before I asked Brooke about parking.

Immaculate Stay in a Perfect Location! The condominium was spotless upon arrival, and Kristin went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful welcome gift with drinks and snacks. If you have business downtown—whether at the hotels or conference centers—this is the ideal spot. We didn’t move our car once during our stay; everything, including great food options, is within a two-block walk. Super convenient and highly recommended!

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

The apartment was great overall. Getting in is a little complicated as you need three separate codes (outer door, residence floor, and the apartment door), but the instructions from John were extremely clear and helpful. The location is just steps from the Brown Hotel and the parking garage and is walkable to lots of downtown locations. The beds were really comfortable. We would definitely recommend using the white noise machine in the larger bedroom as the street noise from truck deliveries early in the morning can be significant - but this is city noise and it is what it is. The second bedroom does not have any windows, so it's insulated from outside noise. John was also very responsive and helpful when we ran into a parking issue due to an unusual rental car. Communication was excellent overall.

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

For a family-fun filled weekend in Louisville, this was the perfect location!

The “Derby Winner” was a wonderful and fitting home for our stay. 4 bedrooms—all with king size beds—was perfect for our group of four adults. The outdoor space and amenities were exactly what we were looking for, as well. It was a very comfortable and relaxing space. Tony & Danielle are amazing hosts and we’re always responsive to our needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice stay!

The hosts were very nice, and also very responsive. The home was clean, and in a quiet area. They even have a hot tub and a pool.

This home and the area is gorgeous, the area has a whimsical feel with the beautiful homes. Several locals eateries that were delicious and within walking distance. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. Bathrooms were spotless, wash cloths would be a nice item to have but we did not see any provided. The garage parking was a nice added bonus, would love to stay again. Great home, great location and great host!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better host Khoa made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His home is spotless with every amenity you could think of. Would highly recommend booking his home for your stay in Kentucky. One of the best air bnb’s we have ever stayed at.

Stayed here for Derby weekend and what an incredible experience it was! Stacie's home was clean, had plenty of room, and had everything you could ever need for a fun filled weekend in LV. Only 20 mins to the Derby via uber (just schedule them early!!) 5/5 rating, highly recommend! Thank you AGAIN!

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. Everything was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Everything was brand new and very clean in the house. The game room and gym was such a cool area for us to hang out and enjoy our time in the area. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The host was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions and made all of the instructions very clear and understanding. The house was in a great location for our weekend plans. Definitely would recommend this!
