Super responsive when we needed something. The place was very clean and perfect for our stay during the conference. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

Amazing stay, this is absolutely the place to stay for all the Louisville distillery tours. Much less hectic than Louisville but still only a 10-15 minute commute to the distilleries and nightlife. Walking distance to amazing shops and restaurants. Place is super nice and has all the amenities including a washer and dryer. On our next trip to the area we will definitely be staying here

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

Kymberli’s home is exactly as posted! It’s beautiful and has a nice view. Kymberli was also very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Loved Takisha’s place. Everything was just as described and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. It also was very quiet for having several other units in the building. We stayed the night there for a concert and didn’t hear a bit of noise once we closed the patio door and were ready to wind down for the night. The patio had pretty comfy little rocking chairs as well! The building itself had a very cool concept and easy to understand. It was also very secure and private, needing to use your fob at every door. I felt the host was extremely responsive to answering all my questions and was so great with communication. She responded to me within minutes when I had a question about how to access the rooftop. I would definitely recommend!

Brandon and his team were hugely communicative via text, which is actually my preference, and I appreciated his assistant really helping me out w a specific ask that I had, Kayla went above and beyond, big kudos to her!!! Would *absolutely* stay there again if I ever make it back to the Derby!

Great place. Had a few cosmetic problems but was wonderful. Tiffany was “Johnny on the spot” with helping us with the very few problems we had. Laser Tag was a plus. Parking in front or rear. A bonus. Close to grocery,liquor, and general shopping. Super close to numerous restaurants.

Our family of 7 stayed at the Offbeat Oasis for 6 days. It was great! Plenty of room for everyone and the description of the property was spot on. Very close to Louisville. We went to a graduation ceremony at SBTS and it was only a 15 minute drive.

We had a great stay. Hung out in the screened in front porch, grilled, enjoyed the hot tub and the old Derby style of the KY home. Toni was a great host and responded quickly.

Our weekend stay was absolutely perfect! The home itself is cozy and inviting and it truly made us feel right at home. Beyond that, the communication with the host was top-tier making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Can't recommend this Airbnb and it's amazing hosts more highly. A definite 5-star experience!

This home is fantastic and probably the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The location is easily accessible, close to everything, safe, and quiet. The host was awesome - - very communicative without over communicating (but still available), which I greatly appreciate. Lastly, the space itself was perfect. It was clean, beautifully updated and decorated, and the host really did think of everything; it was perfectly furnished. Lastly, the backyard was a dream - - beautifully landscaped, large, comfortable, and the privacy fence was awesome. My dogs were obsessed with the backyard. I come to Louisville frequently and this will definitely be my new go-to Airbnb space when I visit. I highly recommend this space to everyone and will undoubtedly stay here again. I literally have no improvement suggestions or negative feedback; everything was really great.

We had a great time at Eric’s property - it is modern and well decorated. The neighborhood is great and has a lot of restaurants within a short walk. The property is very comfortable and includes a back patio with a TV but there are also TVs in all the rooms. It’s located in a really neat community with nice homes and walking paths. I would definitely recommend staying here and you won’t be disappointed. We’ve stayed at several AirBNBs over the years and this was one of my favorites.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was the way it said it was going to be, she always messaged me right back! We love the big open backyard with the hot tub & the fire pit, & the nice little cozy home. Definitely recommend staying there! Great Host! 😊

James‘s place is absolutely beautiful!! I stayed here for a little getaway from all the stress at home and my stay was nothing but amazing. I truly felt at home and everything I could’ve possibly needed was there. Also bonus points for how easy check-in was!

We’ve stayed here a number of times and it is consistently great! Just what you need for a trip to Louisville. Bed is comfy. Plenty of space. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Sophia is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We love the NULU area. Check out Nouvelle next door when you are sick of bourbon. 🍷

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.

Great stay & location - very close to relatives, shopping, eating, and easy access to highways for travel! Many activities to participate in and enjoy locally - really enjoyed Gallrein Farms!!! The facilities were as stated - loved the two bedrooms and two bathrooms - they were arranged in such a way as not to disturb each other if waking times were different, and also spacious! Katie was responsive and all communication and directions were clear. Will definitely check out again when visiting Shelbyville!

My wife and I had an amazing time! The place was private, clean, convenient, welcoming and modern. Great decor and walkable to restaurants, bars and two blocks from 4th Street Live. We would definitely book again!

We stayed in the pent and it was beautiful. Loved the private balcony. Walking distance to lots of eateries and distilleries. Only negative is the bright EXIT sign when trying to sleep. It is very bright and lights up the entire room. This is a regulated fire code so there isn’t anything that can be done about it. Overall loved it still.

this is our second time at Libor's spot. it's impeccably clean. close to NuLu where all th best resturants and bars are out. very walkable area, but is quite enough to get a good night sleep. the parking space is greatly appreciated as well. Great overall value.
