Holiday rentals with a patio in Clark County

Beautiful little apartment, conveniently located with a gorgeous pool area! The host was very responsive to my messages and the complex felt safe and quiet.

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

Nelson’s place was the perfect stop for us after many days of adventures in Zion & Bryce — we got in around 8:00pm and were able to wash our clothes before our flight the next morning. Super comfortable and clean. Nelson was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet, safe neighborhood that’s a great spot for the airport and Fremont Street.

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

Very affordable, very clean with all the amenities and welcoming property. No loud noises, it was a very peaceful stay. Will definitely book with them again!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Incredible value for the money. About 20 minutes away from the strip, but that didn’t matter for my trip. It was quiet clean and matched the description exactly. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Nerida's place is great. It's perfectly located, close to Las Vegas Strip and supermarkets such as Walmart. Nice bedroom and kitchen, it includes all the required stuff. Totally recommended.

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

What an incredible team of people here! The place is like a little oasis outside of the strip. I liked that it’s centrally located between Freemont street, the strip, the airport, and Chinatown. All about a 20 minute ride. The house had everything you could need and more. They really go the extra mile to make your experience special and the shout process is a breeze! We will be back! My stay at this Airbnb was wonderful! The accommodation was an experience. Bobby definitely made it feel like a home away from home. He was incredibly helpful and responsive and always made sure if I needed anything he was right there. The location allowed easy access to local stores and it was very close to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here the neighborhood gives quiet luxury living.

Staying here was an amazing experience. Very clean and nice looking home about 15 min away from the strip so Ubers weren’t expensive. Brent was very responsive and helpful I would would 100% stay here again next time I come to vegas. (Also the mini golf outside was a very fun activity and a nice touch)

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everywhere we wanted to go, whether it was the Strip, Fremont Street, or nearby restaurants and shops. The place was spotless when we arrived, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was a great value for the price, especially considering how convenient the location was. The bed was super comfortable too, which made coming back to rest after long days really relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!

Everything was perfect from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out. Irene was very responsive and extremely friendly. The staff at the location were helpful and very personable. The suite was beautiful. The view was amazing. Everything in person looked exactly like the photos. The room was very clean. There were so many amenities in the room, it made you feel at home. I had a wonderful stay at the condo! The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. I was able to buy groceries and cook from the condo, which made it feel like a home away from home. The mountain views, pool, and lake were absolutely beautiful. I especially loved spending time in the village—it's a great place to relax and enjoy live music. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend!
