Let me just start by saying this is the best host we’ve ever had. He was there from the moment we booked the trip to day we left making sure everything was perfect for our vaca. Secondly, this place is literally within 3-5 miles of EVERYTHING but the strip, and the strip, even though is 20 min away, we were there everyday of our stay and it never felt like a long dull drive. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house is beautiful, big, clean and has everything you can think of. The sofa is HUGE and comfy! The beds are the most comfortable beds of all the places we’ve ever stayed! We all slept so good! We played golf, we swam, we played pool, watched movies, dipped in the hot tub we stayed so busy every day we were there. I could’ve stayed for a month and never gotten bored. This truly was the best spent money ever spent. Thank you Lou! We will be back! You truly win BEST HOST EVER!

Beautiful cul-de-sac home with an open floor design that was very nicely decorated. The property was exceptionally clean and we felt right at home. Several bedrooms & multiple bathrooms. Pool and plenty of outdoor space. Supermarkets were practically around the corner. Responsive owner. Property highly recommended. I’d rent it again.

Corinna was an amazing host and very communicative and flexible. My flight arrived earlier than it was supposed to and she was very hospitable and allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was much appreciated. During our stay we were amazed at all amenities, it has everything you needed and to cook a great meal . The house was very clean and the pool table area was very fun! All the rooms were very beautiful and clean which added to our relaxing stay. The pool was clean and very big which we enjoyed. Corinna was a great hospitable host and we would love to book again! This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

My husband and I traveled to visit his parents. Ari was such a good host and very communicative and flexible. He managed to give us an early check in even though we asked last minute. We got too cold in the pool after foolishly asking for it not to be heated because we didn’t know how the evaporation would make us colder even in summer heat. I texted him asking to turn on the spa and he turned it on within minutes. It was lovely. Love the location and how private it feels. The pool table and arcades were really fun even for my husband’s elderly parents. The host thought of everything. We alerted him that the pool sticks had worn out tips and he overnighted new cue sticks! We really appreciated the extras like the tea kettle, coffee maker, there was even coffee and sugar in the pantry ready to go. Tried to book with him and extend our stay but the spot was already booked. Wish we had stayed longer.

It was absolutely wonderful! The place had a lovely scent, and the house temperature was perfect upon entry. The hospitality was amazing, with thoughtful touches like the water and snacks provided. We would definitely stay again.

One of the most unique pools for a private home. Felt like a private resort pool area for our family. The separate casita or game room from the main house was great for the kids to play and not feel the need to be quiet after hours. It’s not the largest home by square footage, but every inch of the house felt well designed and no wasted space. Such a cozy and comfortable vacation home for families with children. I wish the mattresses were a bit more firm, but that is a personal preference. There was nothing that we disliked about this home.

Our expectations were exceeded! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Las Vegas. The location is simply perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the Strip to reach all the city’s highlights within minutes. The house itself is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. We were especially impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventures in the city. Everything was spotless, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed every minute and sincerely hope to come back soon. This Airbnb was so great!! I stood here since it’s close to laughlin lake and it was right down the street! Not only was the place nice, neat, but also the pool really made us all enjoy our time. Gave us such a nice experience. Ryan sent many local recommendations which was so nice ! Was also very responsive. Will for sure love to stay here again!

The place was beautiful and the pool was perfect for the hot weather. We wanted to stay away from the Strip, and this location was the ideal distance—private, peaceful, and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

I was SO HAPPY to see that the place was represented exactly as it is on line. It was so beautiful and very comfortable and the yard and pool was perfect too. We rented this place because it is near my son who lives in that area. From now on I WILL definately use this place for all my visits to see my son. You will not be dissapointed at all. On the contrary I believe anyone would love it as much as we did.

I come to Vegas for work on a frequent basis and Stephanie’s AirBnB is what my first choice every time. I would stay there every time if it wasn’t constantly booked — wherever I see it’s available I book immediately. Bottom line: it’s great, she’s great, stay there.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. Hosts were flexible and responsive, especially when I needed to extend my stay last minute. The place was peaceful and perfect for our dogs thanks to the spacious backyard. One note for EV drivers: the Tesla charger didn’t work with our Polestar 2 (likely due to amperage differences), but we were able to use our 120V charger just fine—it was slower, but did the job. Probably no issue for Teslas! Would definitely stay again!

We live in Las Vegas and needed a great place to stay while we were having repairs done to our home. Felt very much at home in this property. Very clean home, easy check in/out, quiet neighborhood. Excellent place to work from home for a week.

Great communication, clean and comfortable place!

We booked this place in the very last minute so we weren’t expecting anything. But Conway’s place is so much better than what we expected - it’s cozy, clean, at a great location (10-15 minutes drive from the strip), and quiet. We will definitely stay again if we ever come to vegas.

We had a very comfortable stay at Cintya’s place! It was nice and private, very clean, and most importantly it was dog friendly! It was less than 15 minutes away from the strip, so location was convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful so I appreciate that a lot! I would stay here again. :)

My stay at this Airbnb was wonderful! The accommodation was an experience. Bobby definitely made it feel like a home away from home. He was incredibly helpful and responsive and always made sure if I needed anything he was right there. The location allowed easy access to local stores and it was very close to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here the neighborhood gives quiet luxury living.
