Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

Staying here was a fantastic experience. The property was lovely, very walkable location and easy to access. The hosts were extremely responsive and willing to be flexible with our needs, and super friendly as well. The actual property was just as advertised, cozy and comfortable with everything we could need. This was my fiancee and my first experience with AirBNB and we could not be happier. If I ever am back in Utica and need a place to stay this will definitely be my first choice.

Place looked exactly like pictures showed, clean, quiet, spacious. Smelled real nice. Plenty of room for all the stuff if staying for a few days. Convenient private parking off the street. Dimitriy is a great host, responds almost instantly, accommodated an extra night stay for me! The place was real easy to find, all the instructions given were precise and clear. The stay was a pleasure. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for my wife and 4 year old! Beds were extremely comfortable, and the dining and lounge area was great for family time. It was also a great location centralized to all the things we wanted to do! That included Herkimer Diamond Mines, Cooperstown and Sangertown Mall (Billy Beez)!

Kathy accommodated my last minute request to stay at her beautiful home while visiting my daughter at Hamilton. The house is so cozy, newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It’s minutes from Hamilton and downtown Clinton. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
