Perfect little house for our small family. Super, super clean! Really appreciated the baby proofing, high chair, and pack-n-play. If traveling with an infant, be aware there is some road noise, but not excessive. We were also here on graduation night, so it may have also been that. Bring the white noise machine. Wonderful stay!

What a beautiful home in the country! Shannon was an amazing communicator and very helpful in the very few instances needed. The house was extremely clean and had all of the things, small and large, needed for the trip. I also had 2 dogs with me on the trip and Shannon had 2 dog kennels in an air conditioned garage that worked out perfectly for the couple of times I left the house for longer lengths of time. I also worked from the house for a few days and used the little office under the stairs. Overall, a solid property that I would love to stay at again on future trips back home to the KC outskirts. Wonderful location that provided plenty of space for our large group! The home was very clean and provided everything we needed. Excellent and timely communication from the hosts!

We enjoyed our stay in Kansas City. This home was close to great food and the free street car line - very walkable. The home itself was perfect for what we needed with new appliances and a great bathroom. There is noise from the train lines at night but that was to be expected and is at no fault of the owner. We liked that the home was still in the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Communication was clear and friendly. If we visit KC again we would seek out this accommodation again.

Our stay at Nicole’s was wonderful. The place was exactly as described and great for families. The City Park is within walking distance and provides a great place to go with kids. There were lots of games in the space to also play, and the deck was a great option on cooler nights. My situation dictated that I needed a place quickly, and Nicole was very understanding and responsive whenever I reached out. I would highly recommend staying with her, especially if you have a family and are looking for a great family friendly place!

So much bigger on inside than what it appears on outside

Nina’s place met all of our needs. It was close to everything and the freeways were easily accessible. Nina was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town.

This place was wonderful with beautiful views from the screened in porch or the fire pit area. Spacious interior with an open plan for the kitchen, dining, living areas. Well stocked for playing a variety of outdoor games, we played wiffle ball with our son, they had equipment for a variety of sports such as a pickleball court, rubber bases for wiffle ball or kick ball, and more.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

We was in with my family at the hospital from out of town. When we arrived at the air bnb it made us feel like we was at home. Definitely going to look at Lance’s place again. We really enjoyed the balcony view and living room area where we could hang out like we was at home. Definitely worth the money and fast WiFi so I could work remote!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

Concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking was very quick with easy access to the key fobs and elevator. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication was top notch!

Nice little quaint place and super clean. Shower in Master Bathroom was absolutely amazing! Both beds extremely comfortable as well and we were told about a few places near us that were convenient and helpful. Holy Grounds coffee is excellent!

We loved the historic building with modern charm. It was quiet and relaxing. With walking distance to the square it was perfect for our weekend get away.

We stayed at Lisa’s one night and enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was nice! It is in the basement of an older house with people living in it so there’s noise above you. But it has a nice side entrance on the side of the house. Bathroom door did not latch. Would stay here again as long as it’s just me and my wife. Probably wouldn’t bring kids.

We really enjoyed the location and size of this spot! It was perfect for our little family and it was in a cute walkable area with plenty of other options within a close driving distance! They provided everything we could need and were easy to work with!

Nice quiet neighborhood, it was an old building but clean. There were only 2 sets of plugs in the room, so with my husband and I both using CPAPs, it was a little difficult.

Cameron was a top-notch host who communicated quickly and clearly when we had a question. The place was beautiful and well maintained, and was in a quiet neighborhood. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen! We would definitely recommend this home to others.
