Spend a relaxing evening and get a refreshing nights sleep at this small place in the country. It is about a 10 minute drive to downtown West Point and 20-25 minutes from Starkville. This place is a GUEST HOUSE on the premises of another Airbnb. I want to be clear as one customer didn’t realize and left negative feedback that wouldn’t have happened if she had understood the layout. Accommodation has been made to allow safety and privacy but the other house is within 10 feet of one corner.

It is within 1/2 mile of Mossy Oak and Old Waverly Golf courses and 25 miles to Mississippi State University. The house is unoccupied and designed specifically to preserve the Ward heritage and to use for airbnb. You will love the peaceful setting and step back in time along with all the modern conveniences.

This property sits on 30 acre lake, very quiet and peaceful. Fishing is allowed for your stay. You can catch fish, catch a game, and relax with beautiful lake view.
