We had a wonderful stay! The place was charming and a perfect location for spring skiing at Loveland. The place was clean and checkout process was a breeze!

Booked this Airbnb last minute and loved it! Great location in the town of Idaho Springs. We walked to nearby downtown for dinner and shopping. We were in town for concert at Red Rocks and loved that drive was under 30 minutes! The home was inviting, and very clean. All 3 Bedrooms were spacious and all living spaces had ceiling fans which we appreciated! Street home was on was a quiet street for being in town and neighbors were friendly too. I would highly recommend this home and host as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was very peaceful and enjoyable to stay in. The mountain road up was a fun drive with quite a bit of wildlife to see! Would recommend!

This stay was so lovely! We enjoyed sitting next to Clear Creek and watching all the rafters pass by. The proximity to Idaho Springs gave a lot of opportunities to explore. Beth was also very communicative before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend the stay to others!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and location provided much desired peace and quiet! Hosts were VERY friendly and responsive and checked in regularly via text. Evenings in the hot tub with moonlit mountain views was WONDERFUL! Much too big for just the two of us but plenty of room for a group of up to 8 or 10 people if you include the downstairs studio. Close enough to Idaho Springs, Central City, and Blackhawk, all of which provided great shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

This was a peaceful getaway. From the start, Jason was incredibly responsive and accommodating—he worked with us on our check-out time before we arrived, which made planning so much easier. The surroundings were beautiful, with wildlife strolling by daily—a nature retreat. One lovely surprise I couldn’t help but notice: all the bathroom products were cruelty-free brands. As an animal lover, that small detail made a big impression and added to the thoughtful vibe of the place. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Jason.

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay at Scott’s! We were doing a long road trip so it was nice to have a comfortable and clean place to stay during our trip to recharge.

Krista and Scott had a lovely place at the Inn which was exactly as described. Our kids loved access to the pool and the Murphy bed made the small place feel much bigger during the day. The communication was excellent and we were informed of all the necessary check in and check out info as well as local events/attractions. We highly recommend the nearby train museum for littles!

This place was wonderful. The house is gorgeous. It's tucked back in its own little peice of forest paradise. Probably one of my favorite places to stay, bar none. I could have stayed here forever.

Enjoyed our stay! The location is exactly as advertised… Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Saltwater hot tub was outstanding, with great directions via video. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and serene. Bonus: lots of amazing hummingbirds in June!

This was the perfect spot for our family spring break getaway. To be honest, I was a bit intimidated by the house being off the grid but it wasn’t much different than “normal.” Instructions were very clear and simple to follow. We had no issues at all. The location was perfect for hitting the slopes for a couple days with a great rental spot right in town on the way to I-70 (Exit 240 Rentals, check em out!). Plenty of shops in Idaho springs, great restaurants, a grocery store and then a nice easy drive back to relaxation at the cabin. We would definitely come back and stay again! Really enjoyed out stay at Scott's place in Idaho Springs. It is a little off the beaten path, so we found it to be a perfect escape from the typical hustle & bustle - not something you typically find within less than an hour's drive of Denver. Scott was also very quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the length of our stay, ranging from help accessing the apps on the TV to questions about the on-site sauna (which has incredible views). We will be keeping this home on our list of favorites, and look forward to a return stay in the not-too-distant future! :) Thank you again, Scott!!

Silver Plume is a unique place!! This house is very cool and a really "central" location for Plume. Keep in mind that cats, dogs, humans, and wild animals wander the streets. There is trash from the 1880s still around. Above 9,000 feet above sea level, you may need to catch your breath just walking up the stairs. All this just comes with the territory sleeping in Plume! If this is the town you want to stay in, I don't think you'll find a better house than Lauren's 420 house. It's weird just like all the other historic buildings, cozy, and comfortable. Amazing place.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Colorado. This place was conveniently located, in pristine condition, and beautiful! The hosts were fantastic to communicate with and really made sure we were at home.

This house is amazing! What a treat it was to stay here for our wedding weekend! From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. We where greeted with a very thoughtful card welcoming us and congratulating us on our wedding along with a bottle of champagne. The hot tub was all warmed up and ready to use. The property was spotless and in pristine condition as well. The level of cleanliness was truly top notch. Dougs response time to questions or general messages was almost immediate as well! I could not have asked for a better stay with all of these things combined with a perfect view and peaceful tranquility breathing the fresh mountain air every morning. We hope to come back some time soon. Thank you for an unforgettable stay Doug! Your property is one of a kind!
