Waterfront holiday rentals in Clifton

Having previously lived in Cape Town, I can safely say that this is one of the ,most impressive apartments in the city. A real treat, if you want to spoil yourself, etc book a stay.

What a beautiful stay! The photos don’t do it justice. The sunrise and sunset views from the apartment are incredible. The location is fantastic as it’s walkable to many restaurants and shops in sea point and directly on the promenade along the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Couldn’t recommend the stay more!

Views... unbelievable. Better than what the photos suggest. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and safe. Check in was stress free. Information about the apartment is plentiful and makes for a stay where you are not guessing about anything. We didn't really explore the local area - there is a supermarket about 200m up the street. You can also walk safely along the beach near Milnerton Lighthouse. We found the area to be an easy distance to drive in an out of the CBD/Waterfront area daily.

This home has absolutely stunning views. The sunrises from the space were unparalleled. The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Aissa, the host, was an absolute pleasure. She is extremely responsive and flexible. I had an incident where I left my phone in an Uber. Aissa assisted me for hours (well into the next morning) until my phone was recovered. She lives in the property next door which was convenient as she is able to attend to any issues you may have. The view from the bedroom is stunning. I am not a morning person but let me tell you- I intentionally woke up early every morning to catch that sunrise. Beautiful space and absolutely lovely host. It was the most beautifulf home in the most beautiful setting, with views of Chapman's Peak and the ocean and a calming home to view them from. The house is well-located and walking distance from the beach, restaurant and shops making it an easy location to stay with kids or guests not wanting to drive far. We enjoyed morning runs up Chapman's Peak and coffee breaks at local coffee bars. The house was clean, generous in space and beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was always available for a quick query. We highly recommend this spot!

This house was literally incredible—I would’ve slept on the floor just to soak in those views and the amazing vibes! Luckily, I didn’t have to because the rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host went above and beyond, with so many thoughtful extras for our day trips—binoculars, books, beach towels, umbrellas, you name it. The kitchen was fully equipped, the speakers made for a perfect soundtrack to our evenings, and having our own driveway was a huge plus (we were worried about parking the rental on the street). A close drive to so many attractions and right next to the beach. A truly magical experience from start to finish, picture perfect and extremely romantic (but also wholesome, I don't know how they've done it!!)—can’t recommend it enough!

Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ondine. The house was great, clean and well kept. It has a lovely grass area and pool with a beautiful view. Leon was a great host! Would definitely go back again.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Simon’s place. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Simon was always responsive, available, and very helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Any amazing and very modern space. Very few AirBnB look just like the photos and this place surpassed theirs. The privacy of the bedrooms with such an open concept was great and the outdoor garden terrace and rooftop was perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

Lovely property with view of sea and mountains. The private pool deck was great and the sauna a novel bonus. The table on terrace and braai were sheltered despite a howling wind during our stay. Kitchen fully equipped. Rooms were very comfortable with gorgeous views. A lovely place to wake up for a big birthday thanks

This house is a magical place. The views are spectacular. The owner is amazing and responsive. His property manager was available and understanding. The house itself is in pristine condition, caters to your every need. The bathrooms, linen and crockery was exceptionally clean. Overall, just a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at Brett & Henry's apartment in Milnerton. The apartment was SPOTLESS and looked exactly like the pictures. The sunset views of Table Mountain were breathtaking. The location was close to Canal Walk. The apartment had everything we needed, we enjoyed the access to Netflix & DSTv, the fans in both rooms, and appreciated the thoughtfulness of providing body wash and shampoo for both bathrooms. The only minor downsides were related to the surroundings which are entirely out of the hosts' control - we noticed a few homeless people around the tennis courts at the front of the building (they didn't bother anyone though) and Koeberg Road was very busy with lots of Taxis and busses which tend to abruptly stop in front of you (we had a minor accident because of this). Despite this, I would highly recommend this place. Brett & Henry were super responsive and we loved that we could text them directly with queries.

I stayed at Steven’s place for 5 nights with my husband. The views were to die for, most importantly it was very very safe, I have to say it was the most clean and most beautifully scented apartment. Steven had all the essentials there. I can’t recommend it enough. I was a bit sad when we were leaving, it was a memorable experience, bitter sweet.

Such a great little find! Generously stocked with all the amenities you need, clean and comfortable and in a super convenient location! I would highly recommend this little gem anyone looking to stay in Kalk Bay. Thanks so much for hosting me, Micaela - I really enjoyed my stay!

Great location next to the CTICC , two minute to the show halls. The apartment is warm and comfortable. Great stay , will book again next year.

Beautiful house,Lesley was responsive...so much to do in Capetown.We enjoyed our stay..The bed was comfortable.

There aren't enough words of appreciation for Liz and her team for taking care of me and my mother during our stay. The home was welcoming, looked like the pictures, clean, and it had all we needed. The location was perfect. You have all the restaurants and shopping within walking distance because we were on the harbor. I forgot some clothing in the closet when we checked out, and the cleaning staff were so honest and let Liz know. Liz made arrangements to make sure I received my belongings. This shows the kindness and integrity of her and the staff. I would highly recommend staying here!
