From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing experience this past weekend at the lake house. Michael was very responsive and the house was beautiful. The kids had a blast in the game room even the men got the full throw back experience with the GameCube while it was raining! The lake was perfect and there was plenty of life jackets and water toys for us to enjoy. The community is huge but quiet, a great place to bring the kids for a getaway. We didn’t catch anything fishing but the view alone with the kayaks and canoe was great. It was peaceful, would definitely go again!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as pictured—beautifully remodeled, in excellent condition, and incredibly cozy. It had everything we needed to feel right at home, including all the essential amenities. Wendy was an outstanding host from beginning to end—responsive, proactive, and thoughtful, always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. The canoes were a wonderful bonus, offering easy lake access and a lot of fun on the water. We also loved the nearby playgrounds and enjoyed relaxing at the community pool. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped getaway—we’d absolutely stay here again!

This was a great house with plenty of room for our family consisting of 3 generations - my wife and I, our 3 married adult children and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren. The little ones enjoyed the children's playroom while others enjoyed playing pool and ping pong downstairs. We could all sit together for our meals. The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough space to park our 5 cars. The neighborhood was very nice. We would stay here again.

The rain came and went throughout the weekend, which actually made things feel extra cozy. We loved the screened-in porch and loved that we got to use the fire pit and make s’mores and got to bbq on the grill all while staying dry but still feeling the cool breeze and still enjoy the warmth of the fire. The hot tub was easily the best hot tub i’ve used in all my air bnb stays. THE BIKES! Did not expect to be bike riding but so happy we did, loved riding around in the community and got some fun exercise in. The couches were also super comfortable! Watching music videos in the living room was the best. Would definitely stay again! And will be recommending friends and family. We didn’t use any of the community’s amenities (didn’t feel the need to) but there is an outdoor pool and indoor pool you could go to for $10 a person on weekends. Host was helpful and available to text and call at all times.

Perfect for a Relaxing weekend with friends and Family

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

Roman’s place was clean and exactly as he described it. The area was private, peaceful and close to the lake. Yulia, the site manager, was very proactive and helpful. It was easy to check in and I would stay here again.

Don’s place was perfect for our wedding party. We had such an amazing time, thanks to Don. Don was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating.

When I say this is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed that’s in the Poconos area. Host is very responsive, great recommendations, friendly , the house has everything you need. Easy check in, clear instructions. My kids love all the board games. Great house to have family time. We will be back.

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

Justyna was awesome! Very responsive when I needed direction or help around the house. T home was exactly as described and I couldn’t have asked more from our stay. Everything was seamless from point of entry to exit. I’m thankful for such great hosts! I look forward to a future visit.

Fantastic weekend even if the weather was not ideal! Christina was excellent throughout. Locust Village has a HOA which requires some extra paperwork and small fees. It wasn’t complicated to complete immediately after booking as long as you have your car details to hand.

Our family had an amazing time. Very easy check in. Macarena was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. The house is clean and kitchen well stacked. The big windows with the view of the lake and sunroom makes this place very special. We cannot wait to come back.

I cannot speak more highly of Malka, truly! We were in a unique situation and she was unbelievably kind and helpful for the situation we were in. Her generosity brought me to tears and salvaged our getaway for Mother’s Day weekend! We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s traveling across the country, twice! but this will always be the most memorable because of HER and the home she opens up to people. It’s absolutely beautiful!! First timers for my husband and I and we had a great time. This place is 5 star-shiny new and pristine, had everything we needed, and the personalized snacks were very much appreciated. The host is friendly and communicates extremely well. We went to V-Spot in Scranton for drinks/apps and to see a band (recommend if you like live rock music), to Jim Thorpe the next day (recommend the trolley ride), and also did the Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton before leaving (recommend the train ride). We really enjoyed our weekend and highly recommend this home to any couple looking for a unique and saucy experience!

The house exceeded our expectations—it was exceptionally well-equipped, spacious enough for our group of 12 to feel comfortable without ever feeling crowded, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to renting again.
