Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cliftonville

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Lovely house. Great location, 10 minute walk into Ramsgate. Alex was friendly and informative. Parking was a little bit tight.

Jacqui's place is a hidden gem, the photos don't do it justice. Plenty of space for our group, and a very well equipped place for us to relax and cook. Beautiful views of the sea, super easy check-in and a very lovely host - highly recommend!

Great location, overlooking the water. Very walkable to many restaurants and pubs. Reasonable walk from train station. Loved it!

We had a great time! The house is very close to the bus stop, a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the local coop. As we were there by train that was all very convenient! We had a great time having lunch in the beautiful garden!!!

The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, safe neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. A special thanks to Richard for the manual with all the helpful information and the lovely personalized note and fresh flowers! It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again! :)

Brilliant digs in a great location , 2 min walk to railway station / high St, 10 min walk to beach prom , tucked away quiet cul de sac ,assigned parking right outside front door , great communications through stay , comfy beds , amazon prime and welcome fizz ! would recommend.....

Loved the beach access, straight out on to the sands and nice garden to sit in. Easy to use TV with helpful instructions. Lots of kitchen stuff to cook meals, not that we did. Found Chris extremely helpful and very comprehensive instructions for parking, checking in, and all the facilities including photographs.

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

Had a fabulous stay in the apartment. Everything we needed to make it home from home. A great venue for socialising and enjoying time with old friends. Situated perfectly for a short amble into Margate to enjoy all that it offers.

Absolutely gorgeous little flat just two minutes walk to the seafront. It's just generally in an excellent location close to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. The flat has lots of natural light, lovely furnishings, a comfy bed. It has everything you could need and lots of thoughtful little extras too. It was absolutely spotless on arrival. We appreciated the little gift hamper, how communicative the hosts were and how cosy and welcoming the flat felt. We will definitely be back, thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at Annie’s place. Beautifully decorated and everything you would need for a homely stay. The location of the property is exceptional, a quick walk to the station if you wanted to travel around the coast. In addition to this, it’s minutes from Deal town centre and the beach if you wanted to stay local. We were sad to leave and will be back! Thank you Annie!

Anita's place is clean, spacious, comfortable and very peaceful. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were attending a wedding at Winters Barns and this was conveniently close. There is a local reliable taxi service so we had no issue getting to/from the venue. Also super close to Canterbury. Ours was a brief stay and we only wished we had more time to explore the immediate surroundings. The countryside around Anita's place is spectacular and there are walking trails and woods in abundance. We hope to be back sometime.

I booked this getaway as a birthday present for our dad from my siblings and I. I spoke to Nic and she was great from the get go. As I was not the one who stayed my parents have written their little review. Thank you Nic for a wonderful relaxing time. The apartment was immaculate, modern and the little details were perfect. Everything you would need for a great time away has been thought of by the host. We were blessed with amazing weather so the little courtyard made it wonderful being such a little sun trap! Although we did not meet Nic personally she was contactable and nothing was a bother. We would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for our stay at Coastal soul.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Tom’s place and the property had everything we needed and more. It was clean with modern decor and lots of space. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into ensuring guests are well catered for. The balcony was a lovely addition, as were the snacks/breakfast provided. We especially appreciated the fans on a hot summers day! Even the bathroom is lovely, with a large shower and provided toiletries. Location is great and convenient for Canterbury town. I’d strongly recommend staying here as a base for Canterbury/Kent. Clear communication from the host and easy access via the lockbox. Thanks Tom!

Angela was a lovely responsive host. Very welcoming. Her place was lovely spacious. The kitchen was well equipped!!! She left some milk in the fridge for us which was thoughtful and also some chocolate treats! Thank you Angela!!! We will definitely be returning!! We would definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat is tastefully decorated with unique objects in every corner, comfy beds, great living space... we felt right at home!!! The flat is a nice short walk in to Margate old town for great food and drink options, and well placed for longer walks along the Kent coast and beaches in either direction. We hope to be back !!!!

Such a lovely apartment in a great location. Janey was a brilliant host, very friendly, flexible and responsible. All in all totally faultless.

We were greeted by Phil and Jenny who made us very welcome and they went through a few things with us. The accommodation was first class with a view outstanding.
