Unique housing, love the colonial vibes yet modern inside. Well equipped, plenty of spaces, clean and comfy. Location is strategic to most of highways to hit north or south bounds. Sarah is prompt to response and very helpful. Appreciate the early check in as the weather was unpleasant when we arrived.

Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

Great location, home owner was super responsive and easy to talk too. Quick walk to Bayswater train station and the Tavern.

Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

Nathan and Hannah's went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, they were very responsive to our queries and personally brought items to our place when we couldn't find it. The house was exceptionally spacious and cosy, with plenty of room for us to cook, relax and dine. The kitchen had a dishwasher which saved us time cleaning up, and is well stocked with various kitchen utensils and products for our cooking needs (e.g. aluminium foil, cling wraps, bbq tongs, condiments, strainer, baking dish etc.) The bedrooms were well equipped with wardrobes/walk-in-closets and hangers. The bathrooms were spotless with a good supply of hot water! The outdoor bbq grill works well, just needs a little cleaning. Loved the convenience of a garage to park our car, and the privacy of an entire house for us to wind down after a day of exploring the city and countryside. Accessible location of the house by car, 15-20mins from city centre and 25mins to Perth airport. Thank you for having us!

INCREDIBLE stay! Me & my partner stayed with our 6 month old and there was ample space for the three of us. Heather & her family were beyond gracious. They brought us breakfast baskets with fresh eggs, scones & juice each morning. The tiny house is absolutely beautiful & super aesthetic with incredible attention to detail! Cannot fault our stay & one of the best value for money Airbnbs I’ve ever booked.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

We were so lucky to have found this amazing Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for our family trip. Our host, Michelle, was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we were arriving late with a toddler, she kindly offered to get a bottle of milk for us, which we truly appreciated. The pantry was generously stocked with essentials like bread, butter, pancake mix, coffee, tea, and seasonings — such a thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The master bedroom even had an attached playroom filled with toys and games, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The bath fizz and bath salts were also a lovely treat for them during bath time! We felt so well taken care of and really appreciated all the small details Michelle put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids!

The place grew on us over our stay and suited our need for space and several beds for the family. We were a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and tidiness for example, the leaves at the front door, was messy, piled up and there was many cobwebs. There is a tree house where by no means is suitable for anyone to be using it, maybe would be safer to pull it down and I found it unusual for an Airbnb not to have full bathroom accessories such as full containers of hand wash and body wash. Most of the windows didn't shut properly. The back decking balustrade was not connected to the house and a child's high chair was placed to hide this safety issue. It was also disappointing that we had to find the cleaning products to clean the outside table as it was thick with dirt and we had to wipe over the benches and dishwasher as this was not cleaned properly. However Tamieka's Place worked well once we settled in. Maybe some TLC is needed to spruce up the place for Airbnb purposes.

Staying at many different types of accommodation throughout Australia whilst travelling for work, Maureen's home was extremely well presented and you felt at home the moment you opened the door. All of the furnishing and bedding and linen etc was of great quality and the home was very comfortable. If ever needing to stay in Perth again for more than one person or couple, this is a great option and will always consider re-booking there first. Maureen and her family are very nice and very responsive and were a delight to deal with. Thank you Maureen for such a lovely stay.

The carriage was such a great find on Airbnb! Absolutely loved our stay there. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and even some basic pantry items (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). The bed was super comfortable. The bathtub was exactly what we needed in the cold winter. The owners have done a stunning job refurbishing the train carriage. The surroundings were so peaceful and idyllic. Our pup had a great time saying hello to the goats and chickens that they have roaming around. They also have a dog that was very calm around our anxious little pup. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely book again if we need a quick getaway that’s not too far of a drive.

Emma-Therese is a perfect host communicating the detail which made arriving and enjoying the studio easy. We love the North Freo precinct so the location was very convenient.

Our group of 7 spent 5 nights in Tania's place which was a stone throw away from the gorgeous Cottesloe Beach. Clear instructions were provided for the check in process and there was a detailed manual outlining all aspects of the house. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and well equipped for a family vacation! I will highly recommend this great place to anyone who is holiday home with a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean!

We came back to stay at the guesthouse for a second time - we love it so much! It has such a homely feel and we just felt so comfortable there. The guesthouse is such a lovely space - we particularly love the bedroom with loads of storage and beautiful doors opening into the garden. The garden is such a wonderful addition, completely private with so much space for relaxing and eating. Lee is such a fantastic host - she showed us so much kindness during our stay! We will very happily book to stay again in the future.

I'm so happy to have found this beautiful haven. Close to good facilities within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, movies and easy access to freeways. The facilities are so roomy and delightfully decorated. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Gorgeous little cottage surrounded by natural bush with views overlooking the city. Loved our stay in this cosy quirky house in the hills. It includes comfortable furnishings & indoor & outdoor toys for the kids. Highly recommend this cute cottage
