The accommodation is equipped with TV, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, for the outside: parasol and Chilean. Sheets, towels, tea towels provided. Self check-in with lockbox.

Access to shared 10x5m pool and communal games/leisure facilities.

In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

It is located in a small hamlet but is within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Melle, Sauze Vaussais and Chef Boutonne with all the amenities: Supermarkets, boulangeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.
