Charming Downtown Condo in Entertainment District

This is a very spacious condo unit with very efficient and private layout. It has very nice finishes and quality in the Tridel complex right in the heart of the city on Blue Jays Way. Apartment Includes: - Queen-size bed in the bedroom - Pull-out sofa in the den (bedding/linens inside the sofa) - Linens, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries - Big screen LCD TV - WiFi internet - En suite washer and dryer - Fully equipped kitchen - Air conditioning/heater [Please note there are 2 transitional periods in the spring (late Apr to mid May) and in the fall (late Sep to mid Oct) when the weather is unpredictable. The AC/Heater switch during these 2 periods is controlled by building management. They switch from heater to AC in the spring and from AC to heater in the fall. We as hosts have no control over that and you may experience inconvenience in case of weather fluctuation] The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Key pickup and drop off are located at JC Foodlane 270 Wellington Street West Toronto, Ontario, Canada ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Sun-Sat 7:30am - 11:00pm Holiday Hours Call ahead for holiday hours. It's also near the Convention Center, Skydome, and the CN Tower. 5 to 10 minute walking distance to: - CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium - Metro Convention Centre & Rogers Centre - Entertainment district (tons of bars, restaurants and clubs) - Roy Thompson Hall, TIFF Bell Lighthouse and other theatres - 24hr Grocery store, Liquor store 10-15 minute walking distance to: - Harbourfront Boardwalk & Toronto Island Ferry dock - Union Station and Go bus/Go train/VIA Rail Terminals - The PATH (largest underground shopping complex) - Financial District - Fashion District/Queen St West (amazing shopping) Street cars available on next streets that will take you directly to subway or around the whole city center.
