Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, trang thiết bị mới mẻ, host nhận vấn đề và support mọi thứ rất nhanh. Khá đầy đủ tiện nghi, khu vực đồ dùng chung cũng rất nhiều vật dụng: bàn ủi, bếp, tủ lạnh lớn,…Chị Thảo ở Home rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo và dễ thương. Home ở khu vực mặt đường cũng khá ổn, di chuyển đến các khu vực trung tâm cũng nhanh và dễ dàng. Cảm ơn Home và có dịp sẽ quay lại.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

Tommy's house is in a super convenient location - it's within walking distance to the local market, restaurants, and amazing street food! It also offers easy access to tourist spots like Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame, and more. A big bonus is the adorable little café next door called Dao, which serves delicious baked goods and great coffee made with such intricate preparation. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Tommy is a fantastic host and responds incredibly quickly!

Although it was a bit loud due to the area the airbnb was located in, it was still a very nice and roomy airbnb. For the most part everything was clean, I just think the floor in the living room needed some vacuuming! There were a lot of helpful amenities like a washer, hair dryer, iron, etc. The host was also very responsive and helpful when the bathroom sink handle didn’t work and fixed it right away. Overall a very nice stay!

The place is as described. The host is kind and communicative. I loved that towels were provided a lot. Hope the best for the host and the airbnb.

Thao and Gabriel’s place was amazing and their communication was next to none. They provided a seamless check-in experience along with providing local recommendations on their host profile. one of the best air bnb I've stayed in Vietnam. location was everything you could walk everywhere, coffee and food all at your doorstep. the space was super cute and I LOVED the balcony! I would definitely stay here again especially for the price! Any issues I had communication was 10/10 I always would get a response instantly. Actually missed this little apartment when we left. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

这是我第一次使用Airbnb，体验非常好。 很幸运第一次使用就遇上这个可靠的房东。他非常贴心，我凌晨1:00到达胡志明，他让我提前入住。并且，去的时候，恰逢越南的重大节日-解放日，房东没有大幅涨价。 房子的位置非常好，就在范五老街旁边，出行、购物、吃饭、休闲娱乐都方便。 房子的外观比较老，但是内部装修非常温馨、简洁，应有尽有，包括冰箱、空调、厨具、各种洗漱物品等等。 房东还能提供额外的帮助，比如说介绍本地的美食、攻略等等，有问必答，回复及时。 要说缺点的话，房子临街，晚上可能有大巴停靠或车辆经过，会有一点声音，睡眠不好的人，需要注意。

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, das Stadtzentrum ist schnell mit Bus, Grab oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele nette Restaurants und Cafés, Supermarkt Apotheke und alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Wir waren einen Monat hier und sehr zu frieden. Wohnung liegt an einer sehr kleinen ruhigen Straße, sodass man auch gut schlafen konnte. Waschmaschine und Reinigungservice vorhanden. Wir waren einen Monat hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

I stayed a week at Mie's place and enjoyed the accommodation, especially the shower. It had very strong water pressure that felt therapeutic, especially after a day at the local neighborhood gym. The apartment is centrally and conveniently located, while providing some urban authenticity. I recommend Mie's space to couples or single backpackers looking to explore the city.

the best accommodation i have stayed so far in rivergate. clean, organized, my gf liked how the room was prepared because it catered for her needs of make-up, etc.
