My policy is to accept verified guests/those with reviews. I seek additional information plus minimum 3 to 4 days stay limit

Guest messaging

We reply immediately, certainly within 30 minutes to lock in bookings and provide reassurance. My service is 24 / 7

On-site guest support

We aim to attend the property within 2 hours for an emergency. Our motto is to reassure the guest and provide a solution asap

Cleaning and maintenance

All cleaning staff are hand picked, trained and monitored via our quality monitoring checks & photos and videos post clean

My photographer is the best in the industry. He is a specialist. I attend shoots and stage the property in its best light

I have a stylist in my team and we work together to create a space to suit the feel of the flat - budget allowing.
