I will take and edit photos for your listing if needed. I will revise and edit your description.
Setting prices and availability
I will set up prices based of dynamic pricing and manually edit prices to match airbnb prices around the neighborhood.
Booking request management
I will manually vet out guests when needed to make sure you have the best possible guest.
Guest messaging
I usually respond to guests between 1-2 minutes and also use auto response systems to respond when needed
On-site guest support
I’m always available for guests and the homeowner in case of an emergency visit. I usually inspect the house 2-4x’s per month
Cleaning and maintenance
The cleaners I partner up with are experienced cleaners and are detailed oriented with their cleaning after each checkout
