Listing setup

Creating guest books, selecting bedding , creating bed cards and purchasing supplies etc.

Setting prices and availability

I market my clients Airbnb through social media and with my contacts in the multi family property management industry.

Booking request management

Will accept bookings and decline any suspicious requests .

Guest messaging

Will correspond with the guest about policies and common issues.

On-site guest support

If it is an issue I can handle myself or can contract out I will handle onsite support.

Cleaning and maintenance

All cleaning I prefer to handle myself. Lawn maintenance and pool or spa will do for additional fee

Listing photography

I contract out my favorite photographer. We handle the staging and photography.

Interior design and styling

Before starting my company I was a successful designer for firm in downtown ft worth. Anything related to design I’ve got it

Additional services

Will shop for supplies. And run errands .

Easily one of the best air bnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we could think of. And accommodated everything we needed to do. Thank you. For being so responsive. The heated pool was wonderful!

This home was perfect for our mini vacation to the Fort Worth area. The backyard and pool were a true oasis from the busyness of the city. The home is well cared for and the game room was a fun bonus! The hosts were SO responsive and kind. We had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Sherri and the home! Sherri was a Godsend to us in a difficult time! I had to book this spot very last minute due to having a horrible experience with the place I booked before this one. She was super responsive and very friendly! The house was super clean and we were very comfortable during our stay. The hottub was amazing and Sherri even drove there late at night to turn it on for us last minute prior to check in. Check in was easy, as was check out. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would love to come back next time we’re in the area!

This apartment/condo was cozy! I was traveling alone with my 8 year old daughter and I felt very safe. Never once heard the neighbors beside me or above. It was very peaceful. Location was great! Within driving distance to shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!
