Listing setup

I'll check the photos, because it's your showcase, it has to be great, as a decorating coach I'll help you stand out.

Setting prices and availability

Each season has its own rate, I'm here to take care of it, and my experience will help me find the right one

Booking request management

I chat with guests, it allows me to identify who I'm dealing with, and to confirm or decline the booking.

Guest messaging

I have the app on my phone that I keep with me 24/7, so I'm very responsive, and I'll reply right away.

On-site guest support

I usually leave my phone number with guests just in case, and I'm available every day.

Cleaning and maintenance

I'm more of a maniac type, so I make sure the place is always spotless and has everything it needs.

Listing photography

If necessary, I take several photos of your property, if necessary I retouch them afterwards to make them look their best

Interior design and styling

my goal: to create an atmosphere, appropriate decor & find functions for certain untapped space to increase your rates

Licensing and hosting permits

If necessary, I will inform you of the safety, hygiene or regulatory rules related to rentals.
