Jane and Suzanne were amazing hosts. This house is so beautiful and exceeded my expectations upon arrival. The hosts communicate efficiently and the home is in the perfect location! I definitely recommend staying here for a nice St. Augustine getaway! :)

Suzanne and Chandelle were fantastic . Clear communications, friendly, and kind, they go the extra length to seek feedback from guests on potential areas for improvement. The home was cute, quaint, and well appointed. The bed(s) were incredibly comfortable. A perfect home for our family. And by family, did I mention thay they are furry friendly....and by that folks, I mean they actually mean that. These are not the hosts paragraphs length itemization on pet fees per dog when advertising as pet friendly doubling your costs. Nope. They were as advertised and for those of you like us who consider your dogs a part of the family, this is appreciated by all of us. Thank you Chandelle and Suzanne. We cannot wait to return well into the future when visiting our family here!!

Seaside Serenity was home away from home during the moving process for my brother and I. Location was close by and place was comfortable. Thank you!

It was a beautiful home. Very clean. Everything needed was there. New and fresh feel to the house. I would suggest the home. The only negative was the house is on a busy road and the tragic was loud in the morning especially in the master bedroom. Other than that it was a fabulous place and I would recommend it if you like a new modern home with a great host.

The place was peaceful, beautiful location, and very close to major attractions in St. Augustine! The hosts was very accommodating and very responsive. Loved the place and would definitely book again in the future!

Our stay at Shawn's couldn't have been better. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the private backyard. Communication was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay! Location is about 5 minute drive from the downtown area. Neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Great and clean place to stay.

Everything was exactly as described and the location is in perfect proximity to many historical landmarks and the downtown area! Kitchen is great for anyone who likes to cook, and the outside lanai is an awesome space to chill out (especially during a rainstorm). Dog-friendly was an added bonus! Will definitely rebook if we are ever back in St. Augustine!!!

We didn't want to leave! The house, location, and everything was perfect for us. Next time we will stay longer! Suzanne really saved our week! So happy to have met her!
