Listing setup
I am happy to dress a home from start to finish to make a property stand out - always taking professional marketing photo's
Setting prices and availability
I work with my owners and I use a dynamic pricing tool to help get the prices right and occupancy high all year round.
Booking request management
I use Hostaway to manage my listings over multiple platforms. With airbnb I only accept guests that have a good track record.
On-site guest support
I'm always available to help a guest if there is a problem. If I'm on a holiday then a member of my team is never far away.
Cleaning and maintenance
I have a large team of self employed cleaners using our check list that covers all. We check after every stay personally.
Listing photography
I take professional photography and update them as and when needed throughout the year to ensure all my listings are acurate
Interior design and styling
I choose a theme and try and stick with that - the theme is often dictated my the property type.
Licensing and hosting permits
We ensure all our listings are compliant, working with a H&S company to ensure all listings have a Fire Risk Assessment too.
Additional services
We offer a Fully Managed Service as well as List Only for hosts who wish to be hands on. We are flexible to suit your needs.
