I monitor your Airbnb inquiries, and ensure guests receive timely and friendly response to inquiries and booking requests
Guest messaging
As your co host, I maintain contact with guests from booking thru check-out, answering questions and resolving issues.
On-site guest support
I do not physically assist onsite, but I do work to communicate issues back to the homeowner, cleaners or arrange repairs.
Cleaning and maintenance
I schedule housekeeping / cleaning after stays, and arrange for maintanance as needed to keep your listing running smooth.
Listing photography
I arrange for professional photography of your listing, and assist you with choosing the best photos to showcase your space.
Interior design and styling
I review your listing against comps and offer tips and recommendations to assist you in setting your property up for success.
Licensing and hosting permits
I do not handle licenses or permits, but if you need help in this area I can review and advise you on what to obtain, and how
