Listing setup
Research your own Airbnb SEO.We aim to create a page that is easy to top search, and from a marketing perspective, we create listings that combine targeting, local characteristics, and lodging, and harnessing differentiation and features.Title and text creation 30,000 yen excluding tax.
Setting prices and availability
We'll advise you on a survey of 10 neighborhoods and how much you'll get booked from similar listings nearby.Neighborhood survey/amount proposal 20,000 yen tax excluded.
Booking request management
We'll share our experience with you, such as accepting or declining requests, which tend to be directly linked to reviews.We create listings and sets.
Guest messaging
We basically respond to messages from 9: 00 to 22: 00.We can also support providing saved messages and more.Message support only will be 50,000 yen/month, excluding tax.
On-site guest support
Depending on the location, we are based in Sumida Ward, so we can come to you for consultation.We also have a license for a private lodging business.
Listing photography
We can also provide support for listing photography, but we will refer you to a contractor.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning contractors can only be introduced to those who have contracted listing support and management.
Licensing and hosting permits
I can provide advice and support for applying for a ryokan business in Sumida Ward, as I have done it myself.Advice fee 5,000 yen per hour, excluding tax
Additional services
From the start, we conduct a survey of nearby competitors, set targets, and determine the initial design, including the number of people and expenses. Consultation is 100,000 yen plus tax. We also offer consultations on listings, such as when reservations are not being made, for 5,000 yen per hour plus tax.
