Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

Our farm house is located on the beautiful Mckenzie River. This quaint cottage is filled with vintage furniture and memorabilia which add to its warmth and charm. The farm house has been updated and is cozy, comfortable and ready for your visit. It is just a short walk to the river bank where chairs are available for relaxing and enjoying the water and wildlife which surround you. We are located in the country, but are just a short 10 minute drive from downtown Eugene and U of O campus.

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. We live on a 10 acre Hazelnut farm that is 10 minutes from the Eugene airport, 15 minutes from the U of O campus, and 45 minutes from OSU's campus. Hazelnuts are the crop of choice as you will notice while driving down Lone Pine Dr. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing as well as the views of the orchards out the cottage windows. Before exploring please let us help guide that. Certain times of the year the garden is available for a snack as well as the fruit trees.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The back yard was huge and perfect for kids and dogs to run around. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the park.

Joe and Jaime have created a lovely space in their quiet neighbourhood so that guests have a relaxing, enjoyable stay. They made sure that we felt welcomed and at ease immediately. A bottle of wine and snacks were on display on the counter as we entered the space, so appreciated after a long day of travel. We highly recommend the Comfort Haven for visitors in the Springfield-Eugene area.

Great place if you're going to a concert at the Cuthbert, especially if you need to charge an EV (Supercharger is just on the other side of the fence line). Everything in the home felt very quality and solid, no loose hinges, doors, towel racks. Just the right amount of things to keep your family busy including a lot of fun games in the garage. Next time we're in Eugene or Springfield we'll definitely seek out this home deliberately.

Very nice home. Tastefully decorated and well stocked. The back yard was gorgeous. Neighborhood was conveniently located. Wifi was good enough to spend 8 hours on a Zoom call. Overall, perfectly suited my needs.
