No pets. 3 min walk to the beach or 30 min drive to Edinburgh. The #26 bus goes from the main entrance direct to Edinburgh city centre & Zoo. The Haven site has a swimming pool, showbar, shop, fish'n'chips, play park, golf course, archery, kids club, plus loads more (Haven facilities open March-Oct only).

Our modern Chalet sits in the Haven Resort at Seton Sands in a quiet discrete spot, very close to reception and all the amenities. There is a double bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms. We have a large lounge area with comfortable seating for up to 6 people. There is free parking and a local bus service going right to the heart of Edinburgh. Passes can be purchased to use all the facilities of the Haven Resort, including swimming pools, restaurants and bars. Free wifi within the resort.

Five minutes walk to the harbour and local swimming cove and even closer to Cockenzie House - a thriving community hub with beautiful gardens, a cafe, vintage fairs, live music and much more. The coastal walkway John Muir Way runs through Cockenzie.

Superbly located just 20 minutes’ drive from historic Edinburgh, this is a perfect base for enjoying this wonderful region. Please note this is accommodation only! Play passes can be purchased on arrival or online. Unfortunately my guests can’t buy play passes at Christmas and New Year Haven are not allowing it. So sorry 😢

A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.
