We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

A group of 8 ladies enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Amie & Steve’s Villa. From the moment the booking was confirmed, Amie was extremely helpful with hints and tips for the surrounding area. A Whats&pp group set up a few days before arrival was very helpful. Mandy greeted us and gave us a tour of the villa, very friendly. Great location, walkable to the beach & bars, bus stop into Marbella close by, carrefour supermarket down the road…. All made for a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The villa was great, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, water pressure great, kitchen well equipped, pool was very well heated and the outdoor fridge freezer was ideal for mid afternoon ice creams and drinks without making the inside floors wet. Would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone. Great host, great location, villa exactly as described

We have had the best time at this villa! It was relaxing and suitable to enjoy time together as a family who don’t get to spend time together. The host, Enrique, ensure all our needs where met, answered all my questions and was generally very happy to be helpful! I look forward to returning!

Fantastic stay. The villa was perfect for our first holiday as a family of four. We travelled with a 4year old and 4 month old and the villa worked well, cot, high chair etc all ready for us when we arrived. Paula was a great host, extremely responsive and very helpful with recommendations and useful instructions. The villa is idyllic, private and a peaceful break away whilst being in a convenient location for the beach and local town centre amenities. I would highly recommend a stay, and we will certainly be looking to re visit in the future.

Great stay villa was perfect the garden and pool were amazing for everyone especially the kids. Villa was clean it was easy to get to the bus and the beach the supermarket is really close had everything we needed. Perfect stay Pablo was great.

Alex was a super responsive and flexible host. his place was incredible! the views were unbeatable and loved having the pool there. the drive is very steep and high up so wouldn't recommend doing it if you are scared of heights but otherwise amazing!

This is one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed at! The location is wonderful in the old part of the village and with views to the castle. There are some great hikes nearby too. The house is spotlessly clean and very well appointed, with everything you would need for a great holiday - from a very workable kitchen to beach towels. The sun loungers on the balcony are super comfy and perfect for lying reading in the afternoon sun. Jenny is a great host. She picked us up from the train station as we were coming from Madrid on a Sunday. She has lived in Alora for 8 years and has lots of great info on restaurants, hikes and activities/day trips in the area. She is very responsive to text messages and nothing was too much trouble for her. P.S. There’s a great wee shop run by Antonio literally around the corner - perfect for milk/juice/snacks etc. There are also many restaurants to choose from in town too!

Our stay was a very good one. David was great at communication and kept us informed. The area is incredibly private so a car is a must but the villa is great for sunbathing. The lounge and kitchen is very spacious. Lots of cool lighting has been installed in the rooms. It looks very modern!

My wife and I spent around 2 weeks at this beautiful place. The views are amazing and the property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Anita is amazing, a super host, very helpful and knows the area well. She answered all our questions and recommended restaurants and other businesses. Although Mijas Pueblo is a walking distance away, we found driving our rental car saved us time and energy. Everything seems to be just a few minutes away, even the coastline and the airport. We like peace and quiet, so coming back to this quiet setting at the end of the day after spending time in busy Málaga, Marbella or Fuengirola was a delight. Pool and terrace were a joy, clean and well maintained. The surroundings are in a beautiful mountain, so you will find yourself driving or walking uphill or downhill most of the time. There are a few steps from the entrance to the rental unit. I’m in my 60s and good health, had no issues. We can’t wait to be back!

We stayed in Danielle and Michel's beautiful casita for over a week. They built this casita themselves and furnished it with great care and attention. We felt right at home. Warm welcome and also easily accessible in between for questions or tips. The view is phenomenal! Looking out over the valley in the shade of the grapevines, truly beautiful. The accommodation is easy to reach, the last part of the access road requires some agility; for this we received clear instructions from Danielle in advance. We absolutely recommend this location and would love to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The host was wonderful and made me feel very welcome. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and really well-appointed, making it a great home away from home. I truly enjoyed my time there and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The only minor remark I have is regarding the pool area, which is shared among all guests. It could benefit from a bit more maintenance and cleaning, especially to remove bird residue and ensure it’s in top condition for everyone to enjoy. Overall, a really great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a cozy and welcoming stay!

We had a wonderful experience at Laura’s beach house. The decor was as shown on the photographs posted. Beautiful. Simple. Boho. Modern. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. The location was spectacular, where you open the back door and walk directly onto the beach. A masseuse was conveniently located right outside on the sand in a quaintly covered/private set up. (She was amazing and massages are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!) Delicious restaurants are walkable. Old town and shopping (La Canada/grocery stores) are all close by, as well. The host, Laura was helpful, kind and responsive wherever we had questions about activities in the area. All in all, I think it sums it up to note that my 9 year old didn’t want to leave, and neither did I. We hope to come back again. Our trip was perfect.

Juliette is as rare as a perfect host! Sweet, welcoming and very flexible in relation to special requests. We were allowed to put food in the fridge before we checked in and were in direct contact with her cleaning staff, who were very service-minded and open to our wishes. The house was really cozy and well furnished, the kitchen was equipped simply, but with the things you need. A lot of effort had been made to make the rooms and bathrooms look clean and tidy. For example, flowers were placed in the bathrooms. All this made our stay perfect and went smoothly, for the benefit of our customers and our business. Thank you so much for that, Juliette! We very much enjoyed our 4-day-stay in La Casita Secreta: The apartment and the garden are a real oasis: calm, green, beautiful! With a fantastic view, a gorgeous plunge pool to cool down, carefully selected interior and a kitchen well equipped with everything you need to enjoy calm days. La Casita is the perfect place for all who seek a beautiful hideaway and slow life in a small andaluz mountain village - away from full beaches and mass tourism. A big thank you to Sanne: You are a lovely host!

We stayed at Morten's place for a full week with the family - what stand out to us is how well equipped was the kitchen, how well kept was the pool and the garden and how spacious the place was. Unfortunately, I had to remove some stars for the cleanness of the place, as the couches outside were very stained, some rooms had lots of spider webs around the corners, and stained walls. Other than that, the communication with Morten was fast, he always tried to accommodate to our needs, and the house surroundings were quiet and relaxing. Having a car there is a must. We would definitely recommend this place :)

Beautiful little house with a magnificent roof terrace to rest after exploring in the evening. Modern furnishings, especially the bathroom and very clean. Very quiet area with great views of the castle. In the vicinity, many activities besides sightseeing from Antequera are possible (Malaga, Caminito del Rey, el Torcal, ...) by car. Jaime was a great host who handed over a map of the city at check-in, in which he had previously written down the best tips :)

We had an absolutely amazing stay in the Villa. The views are stunning and the house, terrace and pool are new and beautifull. A must-stay when you visit this area.

Jordi was a great host who knew how to make his guests feel comfortable as they would at home. Everything was easy going, the area was therapeutic while not being too far away from Malaga and Marbella. The host would always check on us before we had the chance to ask any questions, we were left with everything need to run your own home on vacation. And the apartment its self was exactly what they were advertising so I’m therefore very impressed with everything from the host on a whole.

We had 3 great weeks of golf vacation at Natura La Cala Resort. There were four of us and there was good room. Loved it.
