It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

This gorgeous little cabin is a perfect place for up to 2 adults (sorry no under 18’s) if you would like to be 20 minutes by bus from central Brighton but want to be somewhere quiet to sleep. Somewhere where you can go on a beautiful country walk within 5 minutes and be on the beach within a 15 minute drive. You can park for free and hop on a bus opposite where you are staying. Easily accessed from Brighton and a short bus from Preston Park station. The cabin is cosy, beautiful and stylish.

The road is very quiet & private, with free off street parking. Great transport links by car (A23 & A27 both accessible within minutes), and there’s a good bus service to central Brighton and the seafront which takes about 20mins.
