Fantastic place and location!

This villa we stayed in was very clean and as described. Very peaceful for the most part - we heard the neighbors a few times but not too bad. What we especially liked was the proximity to the beach/water - right outside our door basically. Also within walking distance of a grocery store, great restaurants, and a very good bakery for breakfasts especially! I would recommend this place!

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. I traveled solo to St Maarten for my birthday and felt very safe here! It’s very private and peaceful. The views were outstanding and it was very clean. Michelle greeted me and showed me around and gave recommendations for local spots nearby. She also checked in to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for everything!

Im not sure where to begin because i was so pleased with everything, but this place was amazing. This space was definitely worth the experience and 1000% matched the description. The complex did loose power for one night but its a small island and it is to be expected and not anyones fault.

Very clean. Safe place behind gate. Parking space. Nice place to stay. Good for traveling alone. Please note, you have to climb stairs and swimming pool is 100 meters away. I find it subject to repetition. Communication with host great. Recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, clean, and so thoughtfully designed—it felt like a true home away from home. The unit had everything we needed, especially the fully equipped kitchen which made it easy to cook breakfast each morning. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and loved being able to walk to a different local restaurant each night for dinner. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and surrounded by tropical charm. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This place was spectacular. The view was breathtaking to say the least. I can’t say enough of the prestine cleanliness. Eveything is a short distance of a drive. Would love to come back and stay here.

My stay was great. Very clean. The place is close to many restaurants and bars (~7 min walk).. I recommend having a car. The host was very responsive. Nice solo trip and worth it :)

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like a high end hotel. The linens were clean and beautiful. I really like nice white sheets on the bed. The view was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

Wow, just wow! Could not have asked for better accommodations for our stay in Anguilla. This is a top notch condo with high end amenities. To make it even better the property managers Ortisha and Norbert are extremely attentive and helpful. We loved the chairs and umbrellas out in front of the condo as well as the floats for in the ocean. The location of the condo is central on the island and so easy to access many great things on Anguilla. An added bonus are all of the phenomenal restaurants within walking distance. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay on Anguilla you won’t be disappointed staying at Enclave!

This Airbnb was a great value for the price. It was well-maintained, had everything we needed, and the host’s thoughtful touches made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet yet convenient spot to stay in the area. It was an overall fantastic experience. Very nice secure apartment, complete equipment and very clean. Tastefully decorated and furnished. All air-conditioned rooms. Directly on the lagoon, facing the sunset. Market service and pharmacy around the corner. 15 min. walk to bus station. Access to Marigot, Marina and Fort St-Louis on foot. New washing machine and dishwasher, like the rest, very convenient! Located on two floors at the top of the building. 2 1/2 bathrooms, ideal for a group of friends! Easy check-in and check-out! Very responsive host! We loved everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

This place is amazing. What a picture perfect place! The views are magnificent all around the condo. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach. You literally just walk a straight line down to the beach from the front gate. To me, Mullet Bay is the best beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The high ceilings condo is so spacious. I have never been to an Airbnb that is as spacious as this one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. The kitchen have topnotch appliances. We love the fresh off the boat seafood (fish, conch and lobsters) at the Simpson Bay Fish Market. The 2 pools (1 indoors and 1 outdoor) at the Cliff at Cupecoy are nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. There’s also a 24 hours fitness room and a pool table upstairs from the lobby. It was really nice that 2 staff members came to meet us at our rental car center to guide us to the condo. They also help check us in and give us a full tour of the condo. From the condo you will have a view of the pool and the beach.

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

My wife and I spent a week at Colibri villa, and it was wonderful. I tend to rise very early, so the separate kitchen side insured my not making too much too much noise to allow her dome sleep. We loved the outdoor covered dining area, the outdoor shower, and the hot tub. Being a 10 minute walk to Orient village, and the beach was exactly as we needed to rest and relax. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this villa.

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it! We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-
