Holiday rentals with beach access in Collier County

After a bad Airbnb host at 325 Mango in FMB (Rosanna Reilly, realtor) the host Im reviewing,Valerie (on Estero) got me in when I called her last minute crying over a youth hostel that wasn't advertised as such.. Rosanna allowed a bunch of cussing/drinking..??? boys to rent above me for my 53rd birthday that my girlfriend from NYC and myself from Cleveland, Ohio were flying in to rent.??!! Airbnb and Rosanna would not allow me out of the frightening rental and contract. Valerie called me at 8:15pm and got me in her place 5 minutes later. I was sobbing because it was my birthday and my nephew had died 2 years earlier at 31 on my birthday. My friend and I were memorializing his memory. We don't drink..We just wanted peace and quiet. Valerie's place was stunning! She did lock off 2 of the 3 bedrooms because she knew what we needed and it's her property..understood...RESPECT! 😊 My friend Linh and I love Valerie. If she ever needs a place in Ohio..she is welcome anytime!!! All the Best! -d

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

Great communication. Spacious house. Centrally located. Basic house, clean, comfortable and safe. Pool was nice, plenty of seating if you had several people with you. Ample kitchen. Outdoor area well kept. We would rent again.

Amazing location with a very “homey” atmosphere. Genuinely one of if not my favorite airbnb I have ever stayed in. Immediately feel at home when you walk in and enjoy an easy walk to the gorgeous Marco island beach, or grab food at the Marriott. Truly a gem 💎 We will 100% be back.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for easy access to the beach. Hailey had chairs and umbrellas for us to use which allowed us to spend most of our days relaxing on the beach. The only negative about Bonita is how small it is. We unfortunately didn’t have a car so getting to restaurants was an expensive uber (not hosts fault), highly recommend having a way to get around. Overall a great place to stay!

Fabulous peaceful eclectically furnished space with zero traffic noise yet so close to downtown Naples. We loved this studio and so wished we had booked for longer than the 4 nights we stayed. Gayle was impeccably responsive and came up with some great suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. The studio itself is so comfortable with high quality linens and comfortable beds and chairs. The value is incredible. This is everything an Airbnb should be. It was 21 years since we were last in Naples. I really hope we find the time to come back sooner and can stay in Gayle’s studio again. Highly recommend.

An exceptional experience! This beach house exceeded our expectations. Its location is ideal. The space is spacious, bright, and decorated with a cozy style that made us feel at home. This was such a beautiful home. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We have small babies and the house was perfect for a family with small babies. We spent most of our time in the pool and loved the fact that there was a tv by the pool super relaxing and peaceful. Timberly was an amazing host so sweet and hospitable.

My family had a wonderful stay here. We had a minor issue with the keypad when we first arrived but after contacting Kate she immediately called us right back so we were able to get in. The pool and the game table were a big hit with my daughters. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful to take walks and not too far from restaurants and the beach.

This place was the best airbnb I stayed in yet! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean(I have OCD so this was great)! The host was very friendly and helpful! I drove 17 hours and 30 minutes to florida from Indiana and we made it in way earlier than check in and Edward was super nice and let us go ahead and get into the house early! We were so exhausted from the drive and he understood and told us we can go ahead and enter and rest! That was super nice! We have recommended his airbnb to a lot of our family and friends! If you are looking for a place in Naples that is very clean and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet this airbnb is the best CHOICE!

This is the 1st time stopping at Emmanuels villa, We had a great time here very, the villa clean and spacious. Emmanuel was very responsive and very helpful . The villa has a large pool which is excellent and great for swimming and it is extremely private. The villa had everything you needed for the beach ie. brolly , backpack chairs Sun hats and the foldable trolley which is a must when going to the beach. all in excellent condition. we were very sad to leave and hope to return in the future. we have holidayed 27 times in Florida, and found this villa to be up there with some of the best we have stayed. we would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to holiday in Marco island , and having a great host makes a very smooth enjoyable experience. My friend and I stayed here over the weekend for a guys golf trip. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for the weekend. The highlight being the outdoor area - pool, hot tub, television and grill. We enjoyed our time there and were able to relax over the week end. Stores, restaurants, courses and of course the beach are all nearby. Id recommend this property to others who want stay in the Bonita Springs Naples area.

There’s a little slice of heaven on Earth, and it’s tucked away at 1432 Jamaica Road, Marco Island. I can't praise this home enough—though I fear that by doing so, I might just make it more popular and harder to book... but honestly, this house deserves to be shared with as many people as possible! It’s like being wrapped in a warm hug every time you step inside. It has everything you need, plus an extra dose of charm and coziness. Don’t hesitate to book this place. After staying at so many different homes over the years, this one stands out as our absolute favorite—thanks to its fantastic amenities, prime location, and the wonderful owners. It truly feels like home.

Very nice place, great location close to the beach, easily walkable. Building is nice, with many amenities, clean rooms and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Very close to 5th Ave and the beach. Plenty to do between the pool, shuffle board, corn hole, and board games. The bikes and beach chairs were in use daily. Responded to any questions or requests we had. Overall a great experience.

Lover’s Key is a lovely low key and private place to stay! This is our 4th anniversary here in Ft Meyers. Our time here never disappoints. John’s place has what you need but we always bring extra TP, dishwasher cubes and laundry cubes. Just makes it easier… Flipper’s restaurant is right outside the door. Good food and good drinks! Key Lime Colada was delish! Lastly, please remember that Ft Meyers is still in a rebuilding phase, it’s taken a couple of years to get the bridge re built. There are plenty of things to do downtown and surrounding areas. We look forward to next year!

Location just can not be beat! Right across the street from public beach access. Parking is easy and convenient. Host was very accommodating, and allowed us to check in a little early. Condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! We were very pleased with this stay and would choose to stay here again.

Loved this space, great view and serene. Beautiful sunrise from the balcony. Comfy bed. Kitchen had everything you could need. Appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back to Marco Island soon!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

Great proximity to Fifth Avenue and Mercato as well as the beach. Was great having a fun restaurant inside at the pool. Good space for two people. Lots of closet space. Host was very responsive and helpful.
