Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Had such an amazing stay in this space! As soon as we arrived it felt like a home away from home - super cosy. All the furniture is extremely comfortable, and the air con/heating makes it easy to control the temp in the apartment. The kitchen is also really easy to navigate with plenty of fridge space and the shower may be one of the nicest I've had in a long time :) It's also surrounded by loads of really nice restaurants and cafes which are amazing value! (Highly recommend Cucinetta!) Also not a crazy long walk away from the beach/central Melbourne and has the royal botanical gardens next door. 10/10 reccomend!

David’s apartment was fab. I was there for 2 weeks and felt like a true local. It’s such a cool building with the large ceilings and warehouse vibe. It’s steps away from the station, right next to all the great eats of Swan st and just such a great vibe. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it’s mostly a quiet place, with the usual day-to-day sounds from the upstairs neighbours now and then. It’s an old building so it’s to be expected. It was pretty chilly weather when I stayed but the reverse cycle warmed it pretty well. Also it’s really equiped for long term stays. The washer/dryer was fab, great kitchen and Coles is 5 mins walk away so you’ve got groceries close by. Oh and Hectors Deli is 1 mins away, great for Sunday pastries and coffee! Chris was a great host and very accommodating of our check in/ check out times which we really appreciated. He was very easy to communicate with and responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a prime location in Fitzroy and located near loads of great cafes, bars and restaurants - can’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment met all of our expections and was good value for the price we paid. In walking distance to a vibrant local food and wine area and also offering the serenity of a beautiful river walk the location was ideal for our city getaway. Set in a very quiet block of apartments we were provided with everything we could possibly need. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean and filled with light I would recommend staying at David’s without any hesitation.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. We had a very enjoyable stay. The home is tucked away in a quiet side street with private entrance, walking distance to all that Carlton has to offer. The home is quaint, comfortable, well decorated, with nice homey touches throughout. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and the experience. we were travelling with a 4 year old that was probably more interested in the staircase from level to level than we would like... but can be remedied by thoughtfully built-in baby gates. Host was very responsive and helpful. many nice touches, amenities provided.

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

Selina’s place was just as beautiful as the photos promised. The location, overlooking Queen Victoria Market, was perfect! Central and convenient, with easy access to everything whether on foot or by public transport. The view from the 45th floor was incredible, such a unique perspective of the city. Karin was very helpful, flexible and responsive as we booked this Airbnb for a colleague who was staying for a local event. He and his family loved the space and he kept raving about the whole building and accommodation as well. The location was perfect as we chose it due to the closeness to the event space. So it worked out perfectly and we would book it again next year!
