Good for single/couple cruising by the DMV on a BUDGET! -20 min walk to metro; off DC border, 18 min. drive to center of city.

The location was nestled in a neighborhood and it had its own private entrance that was easy to access. Great accommodations and very clean. Just right for a couple of days stay or overnight visit. The location was real close to Publix transportation and easy uber ride to local attractions. Would definitely recommend this spot and stay here again. The hostess was very friendly and responsive with no delays.

The host was responsive and attentive and provided just about all of the info we needed during our stay via messages. The place was clean and organized. Though we didnt use them, I appreciated the supplements and pain killers available in the kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The stairs are a bit creeky and hollow to walk on, so I hope we did not disturb the other guest when walking through the house. The streets were mostly quiet with a few people intermittently shouting but nothing accessive and we were able to sleep through the night. The metro is just around the block which was helpful. At night walk with caution as with any city or unfamiliar area. The only downside to this location is that you have to travel about 18 minutes to reach a wawa or other restaurants for food after hours so if you plan to stay here, just make a quick stop at the grocery store for late night cravings 🙂. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful host who exceeded expectations for a two week stay with my wife, children, and large dog. This was during a difficult transition as my family prepared for a military move out of country with all our excess baggage. Highly recommended. Gave us the peace of mind we needed with the home feel we were looking for. Tania was very responsive, friendly, and went the extra mile for us!

Mary’s Lanham home is beautiful! Enormous swell kitchen, dining room, living room in one connected open space area, just divine! The team and family deserve praise for making Airbnb such an attractive success at an inexpensive price! The rentals here raise Airbnb standards. I read the “for-sale” sign outside with much disappointment!! The unit is sufficiently thorough in offerings I am hesitant to suggest two small improvements: a kitchen microwave to allow fast heating of food and an Internet desktop computer allowing fast print jobs, at an affordable price.
