Les travaux ont permis de la transformer en une résidence moderne, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable, y compris pour les personnes à mobilité réduite (fauteuil). Profitez également de sa véranda bioclimatique (2025) ou de son poêle à bois (salon) et poêle à gaz (véranda) fortement apprécié lors de la saison froide. The cottage of the laundry, in the heart of the village of Varzy, a village nestled in the heart of hills and forests, is a small secure old independent house, conducive to calm and hiking. The gîte is 2.5 hours from Paris, close to the Canal du Nivernais, 1 hour from the Loire Valley, Morvan, Vézelay and Guédelon. Weekly rental in July-August.
