We occasionally rent our apartment with about 30 square meters of living space. It is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful old building attic (3rd floor) in the lively trendy district of Cologne Kalk. You will find a small and quiet retreat, but you will be in all of Cologne's top locations in no time, such as the Lanxess Arena (10 minutes), the trade fair (10 minutes), the cathedral (15 minutes), the old town (15 minutes), but also the airport (20 minutes) or the highway (5 minutes).

A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.
