This is my first Airbnb experience. The stay was just AMAZING. We stayed at the property for 7 days in March and we loved the property so much that we extended another couple of days. The property was as described, beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly, I have to appreciate the host, Chathura. Chathura was responsive, quick, kind and proactive. We felt extremely comfortable and my family was very grateful. My relatives visited us throughout the stay and they all commended the property. Whenever we visit Sri Lanka, we now have a place to stay. Thank you Chathura for the well maintained property and for answering all my queries throughout the stay. Well done and keep it up!!!

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. Have just spent our 2nd stay here. For us, the garden is why we returned, which is kept very tidy by Velu. So peaceful to relax in during the day, with plenty of varied wildlife to entertain you during the day, especially the chipmunks. Our bedroom was comfortable, bed linen clean, a/c & ceiling fan kept it cool. Bathroom/ shower room ample size and more than satisfactory. Kitchen had everything as described, which includes the washing machine. We spent 99% of our time outside either in the garden or under the spacious veranda. No issue with WiFi. Keels supermarket 4 min walk away which has everything you might need. Good local food outlets, and we have tried them all in the past 2 years with no problems. Best find was Crepe Runner which is well worth the 10min stroll. Felt safe and secure with Velu on hand for anything you might need, together with Chaminder who will pop round at least twice a day, to check that everything is fine. Would have no hesitation staying again.

Jay's place was really great for a 1 night stay. The area was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by lush greens. It was easy to get around with a car. As a host, both Jay and Vino were very helpful and responsive even late at night. Pleasant stay overall.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

My family and I stayed in Nicola’s Airbnb last week. The location was very easy to find, and the security is very good. Upon arrival, Mr. Roshan was ready to receive us and helped us with our bags. He is extremely helpful, showed us around the apartment and even gave clear instructions on how to use appliances available if needed. Mr. Roshan is quick to reply to queries and tend to concerns. The airbnb itself was spotless, has all the amenities included in the listing, including essentials, washer with dryer, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped. The rooms are spacious, all the rooms are equipped with AC. There’s a huge pool/gym located on the 6th floor, and a supermarket on the 5th floor. It is so children friendly, my little brother did not want to leave. The location is excellent, there’s multiple supermarkets/ restaurants and shopping malls nearby. My family loved this place so much, we’re sure to stay here if available when we come back to Sri Lanka again! Thank you, Nicola! 😄

Would definitely return again to Faahim’s in a heartbeat. The Airbnb really felt like home and all the facilities for my family were great. Faahim and his father are so friendly and we really enjoyed the stay.

My family and I had a great stay at Lahiru’s place! He was very responsive and waited for us to arrive after midnight! His place is very clean and in a great location - would highly recommend!

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

This apartment is a fantastic option in the heart of Colombo. It's a new apartment inside a luxury building and has all the amenities you can think of. It's also walkable to most places. There's restaurants, supermarkets and malls a short walk away. The caretaker, Indu was very helpful. I will be booking this place again when I come to Colombo.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Felt Just Like Home! Dr. Narada and his wife Ira are the sweetest hosts I’ve ever met. This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Their warmth and hospitality made it feel just like home. The location is perfect—ideal for Muslim travelers. It’s close to everything: the beach, masjid, grocery stores, supermarkets, and lots of local shops. Whether you’re planning a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. If I ever come back to Sri Lanka, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Great location to stay in Colombo. Thilak was super helpful and accommodating during our month-long stay. The apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed! We would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed with 2 other people. Tamara was a great host. She was very helpful and communicative. She was particularly helpful as we navigated our airport cab driver who needed additional directions. You get what you see in the photos on the listing. A note for people with big bags or luggage: you will have to use stairs to get to the rooms (one room is on the 2nd floor along with the kitchen and dining, and the other two are on the 3rd) The rooms had towels and linens, comfy beds, although could do with a bit more dusting prior to people checking in. Tamara left bottled water for us in the fridge as well, which we appreciated. You will have all the basic necessities. While it's not a major issue, we were surprised by the open holes in the bathroom showers. They are high enough to give you privacy, but open out into the side of the building with no screen or cover. Overall, this is a good choice if you need a safe place to sleep and leave your things, as you explore Colombo.

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was in a super clean condition and all the rooms were spotless. Very spacious and amazing view of the sea and easy beach access. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. We were given a welcome pack which included tea, coffee milk and water which we really appreciated. Joseph was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again!

Tusitha is a warm friendly and gracious host. The accommodation offered was comfortable, extremely clean and spacious - certainly for two adults. The assortment of grocery items enabled us to settle into the property with ease. There is adequate parking inside the property for a vehicle. Restaurant options close by are good. It was an absolute please to be at the Hope Residence for our short visit to Colombo. We would certainly stay here again, if the need arises. Thanks Tusitha for your warm hospitality.

Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.
