The internet connection is stable and is well suited for working. Linens and towels are furnished. The apartment is located in a quiet area without noise. I very much enjoyed my stay and can fully recommend the apartment.

I would like you to put that the property was our home for two months, until the location of my work was defined and that it is very well equipped, with everything we need for daily use. It's the ONLY Airbnb that I really felt AT HOME! Lots of bedding, towel, kitchen items, quality appliances, tasty bed, large bathroom and super large apartment. I stayed for 2 months and would stay longer if I wasn't rented. Whenever I come to Curitiba I hope to stay here. Vim with family and we simply love the apartment, the super organized and safe condominium! For those with a child is perfect because it has an area to play, it has green space. In front of the condominium, there is a wonderful food fair on Fridays. The apartment is nascent, so the climate inside is great. It has great ventilation and the clothes dry fast. Truly, the BEST AIRBNB in Curitiba shot, no exaggeration!

The entrance to the house is beautiful, with a flowery garden, very green that matches the calmness of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and familiar. Now, as for Edna and Kalyta: Edna is a magnificent, generous, caring, attentive, friendly person, a very human hostess, she welcomed us as soon as we arrived, showed us the whole space, always kept in touch to assist us, made us feel at home the whole time. Attentive host and always responded very quickly. The doormen were very polite and kind, I loved them. Clean apartment and bedding. The only thing missing was a TV in one of the suites. Super well-located region, easy access to tourist spots, close to many restaurant and bakery options. In short, it met our expectations very well.

Mauro’s place is very well located- across from an upscale mall and nearby to several parks. It’s in walking distance of the city center, very near half a dozen bus stops. The kitchen was well equipped, washer/dryer (so important when you are traveling!). The security for the building is excellent. Mauro was both a responsive and helpful host. He has been very generously helping us recover some items we left behind. I can’t say how grateful we are.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabio’s Airbnb! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming—just what we needed for a relaxing visit.
