Loved the stay. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. I definitely recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

The place is very cozy, without interruptions of any kind, everything airtight and private! RECOMMENDED!

Everything was very nice and accurate, for the time I stayed, I would have liked to be able to turn off the lights without having to get up and a bigger trash can, but everything was fine. Small and cozy and very helpful

Personally, I think my stay was comfortable, from the great and incredible attention, consideration and courtesy of the person in charge of the Airbnb, to the Airbnb itself, everything was impeccable, in other words functional, the only thing that bothered me a little was that you could hear the voices or what they heard from the other rooms, however it is not something to take into account, but well it depends on the person I guess. That's why I highly recommend Airbnb.

Very good place, maybe my only complaints would be that the bathroom towel rack was very loose and came out just by moving or placing a towel on it and that inside the shower as such there is no space to place the shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. since I had to place them on the floor. Apart from those two very important things, the experience was very good, the check in and check out were super flexible and easy to do and the area is very safe, I did not have the opportunity to go for a walk because I stayed for a short time but I am sure that it is possible to get to several tourist places in the city center on foot from the building without any problem.

Great place to stay, the view from the window is amazing! Sara even arranged transport from the airport to her place and let me add an extra night on short notice. Would thoroughly recommend.

Most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Views are amazing in the evenings, place feels so spacious and thoughtfully put together. Distance from the historic centre is perfect and the area around had plenty of shops and cafes + quiet in the evenings and very safe. Host was extremely helpful with any recommendations and even sorted a great airport transfer for us. Really could not recommend this place enough. Quality and value for money is way beyond anywhere else we have stayed in Quito. You won’t regret booking here.

The apartment is my favorite place to stay in Central and South America. The kitchen has every thing you will ever need. The bed is very comfortable. There is a great workspace with excellent WIFI. The apartment is located in a nice area with a great host.

Sunny place with great views. Comfy , convenient, fantastic hosts. The common areas -jacuzzi, sauna, pool- are just what your bones need after work or travel:)

The accommodation is as shown in the photographs: clean, tidy and in excellent condition. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was perfect for our last days in Ecuador. The amazing view over Quito is the highlight of this apartment, plus the kingsize bed! (since all beds we had before in Ecuador were pequeño 😁) The apartment seems very new, all was clean and spacious. Internet was ok, good enough for Netflix. During our stay we could not use the communal jacuzzi or sauna (which you have to reserve yourself through the security guy, in the lobby), he said that the thermostat was broken. We did used the gym, which was good. Location of the apartment is perfect, we love Floresta! Communication with host Sebastian was good and he was flexibel. Thanks!
