Nice, clean, spacious place. it's very close to La Carolina metro station also. the check in and check out was easy. Santiago was also a good host and very responsive. Would recommend this place

Estancia agradable, zona tranquila muy cerca del parque Carolina y mall El jardín. Sol muy amable en todo lo requerido. lo único por mejorar es la Tv que sea Smart para conectarse a Youtube, Disney o Netflix, muy útil en la noche cuando se viaja con niños. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente y seguro volvería.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Quito. The hotel is so cute!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. Helping me find a lost phone, making sure I got where I was going safely, even changing my sheets and towels all the time!! Who does that on AirBnb ?? Three blacks away is Cherusker, the best brew-pub in Ecuador. What else do you need?

The best place to stay in the most lovely area of Quito. Beautiful cafes and lovely people. The place is perfect, quite and save. Ideal for families. You have to book it. Cheers

The location is excellent, close to plenty of restaurants, a big mall and public transportation, yet the place is very tranquil. The host is responsive and helpful. The place is well designed, clean, and the bed is super comfortable. One minor issue was that the place was listed as an apartment, but it´s a studio. Also, the washer costs extra $4 (including drying). The listing needs to be updated for accuracy.

Mi estadía fue muy tranquila, una ubicación excelente, el lugar tal cual como en las fotos, sin duda recomendable y regresaría de nuevo!!

This apartment was such a lovely stay right near Parque Carolina but off the main road so that it was quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the gym facilities in the building (there is also a spa and sauna available tuesday - sunday) and a rooftop terrace with a great view. We had a very restful two days here and appreciated the equipped kitchen, washing machine, and two TVs! thanks for having us :)

The place is great- good location, strong WiFi connection, spacious place with everything you need, close to the old town. The only issue was the hot water - the shower will run hot and switch to cold, and warm and hot again. It was still ok to take a shower, but not 100% comfortable for people who loved hot showers.

El departamento tiene una ubicación privilegiada, segura la zona, amable Lilia es una excelente anfitriona es accesible a los horarios de llegada y salida, me encanta por eso es la segunda vez que llego ahí y lo volvería hacer.

This Airbnb in Quito was truly a home away from home. Located in the heart of Old Town, it was perfectly situated for exploring the city’s historic sites, plazas, and churches—all within walking distance. We loved being surrounded by great restaurants and cozy coffee shops, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. The apartment itself was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the collection of DVDs and the radio that made our mornings feel peaceful and homey. What made this stay exceptional, though, was the host. They were always available, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about our experience. Whether we had a question or needed something small, they made sure we felt taken care of. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and such attentive hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this gem in Quito!

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí. Todo es muy bonito, acogedor excelente distribución de los espacios, tiene todas las comodidades y los anfitriones son super amables, el espacio es perfecto con una vista maravillosa a la ciudad, está muy cerca al centro histórico. Es de fácil acceso, tiene línea de buses cerca. Todo estuvo muy bien es un lugar 100% recomendado.

Muy buen departamento para 3 personas, es espacioso y cuenta con todas las amenidades. Además se puede ver el Cotopaxi cuando está despejado y la ubicación es lo mejor
