IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

The house is newly built, has private car parking, 2 complete bedrooms, each with bathroom and dressing room. Has a large integrated kitchen/ living room with wood burning stove and a deck facing a green backyard.

The Casa Rosada of the Historic District

The Casa Rosada de Colonia del Sacramento is located in the Historic Quarter, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995. In front of the ruins and archaeological remains of what was the residence of the Portuguese governor during the colonial era and in front of the Basilica Church of the Blessed Sacrament. The house sleeps 6. Three bedrooms with a bathroom each. Kitchen, spacious dining room, wood-burning stove. Terrace, balcony , large bottom with grillboard.

Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

It has recently been refurbished with top quality materials and equipped to a high standard which guarantees a comfortable stay (high density mattresses and full bedding, good water pressure, comfortable and complete bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, oil radiator stoves, kitchen with full equipment, high brightness, etc.)

House to enjoy a stay in the village of Conchillas, named Historic Heritage. Where the Walker Company was established to explore the stone quarries and build Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires. La Arenisca beach is within walking distance (~1.3 Kms far). The house has 2 bedrooms in the ground floor and 1 bedroom in the upper floor. Pets are not allowed.
