IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Spacious house near the Rambla, great location!

Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Heart of the Historic District: San Pedro - recycled

Beautiful and comfortable house located in the old town (San Pedro street between de los Suspiros and Solís). It has recently been refurbished with top quality materials and equipped to a high standard which guarantees a comfortable stay (high density mattresses and full bedding, good water pressure, comfortable and complete bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, oil radiator stoves, kitchen with full equipment, high brightness, etc.)

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located accommodation. One block from the river, the main squares, the gastronomic center and the most important museums. You can do everything on foot, buy handicrafts and tour the historic neighborhood. Unmissable location. The beach is a few meters away to spend the day and night and enjoy the beautiful sunset of Colonia.

La Serena is a 3 bedroom house located 9 kilometres from Colonia's old town and port. Surrounded by a 4 HAS garden, it's ideal for visitors expecting to enjoy the countryside and nature. La Arenisca beach is within walking distance (~1.3 Kms far). The house has 2 bedrooms in the ground floor and 1 bedroom in the upper floor. Pets are not allowed.

Antigua casa colonial contruida en año 1850 ubicada en el centro del Barrio Histórico. Podrás disfrutar el encanto de ella y su entorno. Estufa a leña con suministro y carbón para la parrilla.
