We had the most amazing time ! Beautiful home, amenities, and a warm welcome! Ty was so responsive, helpful, and truly kind! We look forward to staying here again !

The RV garage with bathroom, commercial ice machine, and swamp cooler was awesome!! It made loading the coolers in the morning and cleaning the boat after a long day on the lake super convenient and comfortable! This is an east/west-facing house, so the backyard is hot in the afternoon. The A/C and blinds in the house do a great job of keeping the house cool despite the afternoon sun. Overall, the house is as described, nicely decorated, very well-appointed, and quite comfortable.

Perfect home for our family of 6! Bedrooms each having their own bathroom and balcony was a huge plus! Beautiful home inside and out. Watching the sunrise poolside is something we’ll never forget. Pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. The home itself had comfortable beds, great water pressure, plenty of kitchen items, amazing natural light, and just made us feel at home. Having restaurants and grocery stores within minutes was awesome. We’ve stayed all over AZ, but Fountain Hills and this home is probably our favorite yet. May not be walkable for some, as it is a pretty steep walk to town, but having the option was a plus. Would stay at this property or any of Jeff’s properties if he has others. We absolutely loved it!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning Lake Havasu home! The house is a tech lover’s dream, with smart features that made everything seamless and convenient. The pool was a highlight—perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing! The accommodations were top-notch, with spacious, comfortable rooms and all the amenities we needed for a fantastic getaway. The location is great, and the view of the lake and sunsets added to the charm. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and modern retreat!

This was the first time in over six years where we were able to take a multi-generational trip together and celebrate some milestones. We wanted a place where we could relax and spend quality time as a family, as well as someplace that had things to do. Dicle’s place was just that. The front porch and back patio space offered amazing views, close access to restaurants and hiking trails, and enough space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. Dicle and Traci were some of the most responsive and kind hosts I’ve dealt with. They checked in and when we had a little problem getting in the front door Traci was able to come help us immediately. The house is a mid century modern dream come true. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Can’t wait to stay again. Gayle was the best host gave clear instructions for check in and out. Place was beautiful, clean, well organized and stocked with all the creature comforts of home. She allowed our pet cat who loved waking up to the birds chirping and walking around the yard. We can’t wait to stay again! Gayle’s place is really like coming home.

Or family had a wonderful stay at the home! It has to have the best view in Prescott by far!!!! Amazing house and amazing host. We could not have been happier staying there!!! The house made our trip very memorable! Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay there!

Wonderful place. We had a great stay. Host was amazing. The place was super clean and every amenity you could think of was already there. Loved the location and a great neighborhood. The house had a great layout. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, but the backyard IS the best! The kids went from the pool to one of the hang out areas and back to the pool.

The views from inside the home and the pool are beautiful! The neighborhood is quiet but close to hiking and restaurants. We loved everything about this house and location. Our only small complaint is that the pool cleaner did not seem to be working, and the net had a hole in it (which made it difficult to get debris out of the pool). Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend with the girls! Air BnB comfortably fit all 9 of us and we were able to save money by spending a lot of time on the property. The lake was beautiful, the local restaraunts and bars were… not so beautiful, very basic fried bar food, MAGA central, but fortunately we were able to avoid those kinds of people and spend most of our time at the Air BnB.

Cabin was great. Small but cozy. Great snacks and tea selection.

We had a nice stay at Brian's place. The location in Oak Creek Canyon is great. Not far to get into Sedona, but very peaceful and quiet. The space itself is very nice and the view from the balcony is lovely. Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and Brian was responsive. Not a good place if you have difficulty with stairs but it was no issue for us. Nice to be able to walk to the creek and over to Indian Gardens for breakfast or lunch. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

Would give this home (and the host) 10 stars if I could! Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in - it was super well stocked (had spices, coffee, and even tons of odds and ends like olive oil, rice, s’mores stuff and almond milk creamer). The home was gorgeous inside and out and was the PERFECT spot for our group of 8 (four grown ups and four kids). We all loved the hot tub, the kids played in the yard a ton and we helped ourselves to the game closet. The beds were COMFY. Bathrooms were stocked and immaculate. Kitchen had about a million gadgets (they even had a nutribullet which we used to make salad dressings!). Just an overall amazing, beautiful stay as we explored Sedona! Would 100% come back!! And Traci really was the most responsive, proactive host. Loved her!!

Cindy was so nice from the second we pulled up. She was feeding her goats and immediately let us join. She also told us her feeding schedule so my daughter could join in and try to interact more with the animals. The stay was nice, such a sweet and homey farm house. A perfect getaway from the Phoenix heat.

This house is awesome! The view from the porch is gorgeous trees in a quiet neighborhood with a gas fire pit. At night you can see a ton of stars! The kitchen had all the essentials, the master bed was comfy, and the house was cutely decorated! Will definitely stay here again!

Thank you for hosting our family at your wonderful Cabin! We loved the quiet location! Very peaceful and exactly what we wanted from the hustle of Phoenix. Our two year old daughter loved the Cabin, all of the toys and being in nature. Cabin is equipped with everything needed and we felt right at home. Thank you again for the wonderful stay. We have already recommended it to several folks and will be looking for another opportunity to stay.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, this was our first time staying at an airbnb and it did not disappoint! It is definitely a little slice of heaven and perfect place to unwind. We have stayed at A LOT of airbnb's and this was the absolutely most beautiful, colorful and warm, peaceful and homey place we have ever stayed. Millie was so kind and caring. We so hope to be able to return and will definitely recommend to others. 100% Perfect!
